They did an excellent job. I'm very pleased and happy that everything was done properly. I'm quite thrilled that its done. I've used them before. They can be a bit expensive but its well worth it! I would hire them again.

The phone is answered by Jeannie or Chris when you call. No answering machine. What a pleasure! I have used Petri several times and the men who come and do the work are polite and get the job done. I have an apartment in manhattan and would not use anyone else.

I paid the initial payment of $1600 for the pressure test, but after that, the price changed 3 times and the price kept increasing. I decided at the end to go elsewhere. They are very expensive.

much cooperation - difficulty w/o hot water for almost two weeks - subsequently petri has addressed this problem and will be providing hot water with a temporary electric water heater what glitches came up, petri addressed quickly and competently. answered questions, provided updates, went the extra mile. others who have come to do inspections like the city - were most impressed by the unit. they are not inexpensive but guarantee their work true professionals.

I called on a Sunday and was told someone would come between 12:00 pm-4:00pm. No one every showed up or called. Four days later I got an email confirming an appointment for the next morning. The first time I used them they screwed up the appointment twice. They are unreliable and unapologetic.

Excellent. Leagh was my liaison over the phone and super communicative with the other Petri members and myself to make a decision on a model and make sure it was available for immediate installation. Michael and Chris were also available for this discussion which really made the process less overwhelming. Gillian and Matt were really efficient and professional. Their expertise was a great comfort which is part of the point in hiring a professional service. Obviously first and foremost it's the knowledge set and skill that you are looking for, but if they are also congenial and confident, it really elevates the experience. Gio, their third team member that day was also quite an asset to the team. He was really helpful and positive.

In every interaction, they have been extremely courteous, considerate about the needs of the customer, and very communicative. I am very happy with their level of professionalism, expertise, and the people who are working for them. I appreciate that they show consideration of your home by wearing booties and taking care when working, and cleaning up when done. I have a large job pending. When it is finished I will update the review. Based on my interactions with them so far, I anticipate that the job will go well and that I will continue to be happy with their services.

Amazing. Leagh was my point person and she was kind, communicative and immediately responsive to our needs. Rickard and Matt did the work in the house and were really professional, did not try to upsell me, and were fast but thorough. They really took a lot of stress off of what has been a stressful situation. Highly recommend Petri and this team specifically.

The entire work took 5 days. They arrived on a Monday morning and turned off all the water and by Friday, they had done enough work that the water was turned on and we were able to use it.

Having called on Petri in the past, I would not go to anyone else. Petri approaches all with professionalism and efficiency. Their staff is responsive and communicates very well, and the plumbers arrive when promised, wearing booties to protect your floor covering, ready to solve a problem. In short, I recommend them highly. At a time when double-talk comes fast and often, Petri is quite the opposite. They do quality work. You will not be disappointed.

They have been at the old house within the last six months. I've had good experiences with them all the time. I would give them A's for everything.

Technicians and all the staff I spoke with were very nice and kept me up to date on time of arrival. Unfortunately, their pricing was ridiculous....effectively over $1,000/hr. The mgr did offer a discount, but still far over expectations.

It was more expensive and took slightly longer than anticipated possibly due to high workload that Petri was experiencing from other jobs. However it was reassuring to be kept informed and be advised every step of the way. I was given options to do preventive work at the same time but they were costly so I didn't go forward with optional work at that time. When the gas was turned back on there were additional problems with the furnace that needed to be addressed and the water heater started leaking and also needed to be replaced. This is where Petri Plumbing came to the immediate rescue. Their technician Strato understood that our tenants needed to return to their homes and stayed on site till the furnace was working reliably and the water heater was replaced. Bravo ! All back to working order again. It is also noteworthy that they are very clear with what potential or real issues are not being addressed. My project was emergency care only and focused entirely on the "chief complaint" that gas was turned off and needed to be turned back on. There was "anticipatory guidance" and recommendations to improve the "health" and increase the longevity of our heating system, all very clearly outlined. I would definitely call them again.

Technician forgot to remove factory packing bolts.

They are VERY, VERY expensive. They told me that they charge $560 per hour plus tax. I could not afford them. I paid the obligatory $89 and send them on their way.

It went will. If I need other work done I will call petri plumbing again.

Even though it would mean a weekend without heat or water, we contacted another plumber for an estimate before saying yes. The new plumber unscrewed the pipe from an elbow about 10 inches before the break and capped it. He explained how the pipe could be repaired without smashing the floor or toilet. He charged us his minimum fee -- less than $100. We were upset enough that we spoke with Chris Petri and told him how this situation had been presented as an all-or-nothing choice when a few minutes' more work would have temporarily restored heat and water while we gathered competing bids. Anyone can make a mistake. But Chris’s position was that we, not his staff, were the ones who had made a mistake by bringing in someone else. We are posting this review so no one else feels pressured the way we did.

Strato was very kind and knowledgeable. He was very efficient and helpful in suggesting further steps. I would certainly call him if anything went wrong in my home and I highly recommend him.

We are grateful to Petri for their excellent work. We encountered unexpected problems with our project, and they were extremely helpful, perfectly responsible, cool-headed, and fair. Without their utterly professional support, we would have been in a difficult situation, and they stepped up and saved the day.
