Description of Work: I did not end up using PETRI. My landlord decided to handle the work himself. However I do want to make a comment about PETRI. When I contacted them, they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They answered my questions and then made a follow up call to give me more information. I was sorry not to have used them because the attention I got was just great.

Description of Work: I spoke to Petri about an issue with a back-flow preventer. There advice was to sit tight and not do anything. It is unusual to hearthat kind of advice. Mike spent 30 minutes on the phone with me, talking about a number of issues. I would definitely use them when the time comes.

Description of Work: Had a chronically backing-up bathroom sink. We'd tried all the usual home remedies but it continued to be a problem. Petri did a superbly professional job in every way: their rep arrived precisely on time, diagnosed the problem efficiently and generally 'went the extra mile' throughout. He pulled out a hairplug that looked like a sausage and then performed a thorough clean-up. The price was not cheap (I don't really know the market; it's probably typical) but the professionalism, concern and efficiency were well worth it. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Petri were extremely responsive to my call and arranged to visit the property immediately and assess the issues. They came back with a quote and were able to undertake the job (replacing 2 gas heaters) the next day. The job was very professionally done and I would certainly use Petri again. I was managing the process from overseas and it could not have been easier. I highly recommend Petri

Description of Work: These guys didn't fix my problem, but here's why I think they're amazing: After assessing my situation, the service man advised me that snaking my drain (as I was requesting) probably wouldn't do any good and that the $300+ that they charge to for the snaking process would probably be a waste of my money. I told him I was willing to take the chance, because the alternative meant digging up my freshly laid tile floor. So the man (sorry that I forget his name - nice fellow) abliged, and sure enough, it didn't fix the problem. Crestfallen, I began to write out the check for $300+ dollars that they were most certainly due. The man called his boss, Mr. Petri, to explain the situation and after chatting with him a few minutes, told me they wouldn't charge the full amount, only the $89 service fee. They advised me to take the neccessary steps to truly fix the problem, which I will eventually do, once I work up the nerve to hammer up my new tile. In addition, Mr. Petri called me the next day to check on me and see if I had any questions. Great service. It could have been a much harder lesson that it was. Thanks, guys.

Description of Work: They had to cancel the first appointment due to the weather and apologized and waived a fee due to the inconvenience.The technician came the next day and the service was great. He communicated thoroughly and explained everything in detail.The owner even dropped by my house while the technician was working to introduce himself, make sure everything was great and to also thank me for my business. The technician also showed me various items in my home to look out for in the future so that I could ensure I maintained items properly.

Description of Work: This is not the first time I used this plumbing service. I waited years for the honest,quality and perfessionalism that they provide. All the staff are really great to deal with. They answer all my questions and have yet find it faulty. what a relief to call a plumber and find that the job will be done once. I experience too many who repeatly came back for the same repair and charged me each time never really repair the orginal complaint. Work had no quality and communication was non exsistant.
