During my initial service they came to fix a leak from my central compressor unit. They came within 24 hours and were very reasonably prices for an emergency visit. The second service for which I am writing this review went very well. It was a three day process and they were very professional. They made sure to clean up every day to look as if they were not even there. They always called me before they were on their way to make sure I had enough time to get home if I was not there already. They were very much on top of completing the job regardless of how many hours they needed and the time of day. They successfully managed my expectations and delivered on time. I would highly recommend them.

Mark and his associate did an excellent job! Highly satisfied with the entire experience. They started out working on an old dryer vent that had probably not been cleaned out in about 10 years. It had probably the most lint that they had seen in a while. They cleaned it thorough from all access points and Mark gave advice on how to maintain it to ensure efficiency and reduce fire hazard. Next up was the bathroom ceiling fan and corresponding duct, which had also probably never been cleaned out in about 10 years. The fan was removed and all the built-up grime and dust cleaned off and the duct also got a thorough cleaning. Mark re-installed the fan carefully and it seems to operate much better now and not rattle as much in its housing as it did before. From this entire experience I can attest that Mark and his associate possess the right experience and work attitude to complete their jobs in a highly satisfactory manner. They are very professional and I was also very pleased that they left their job sites in a great condition. From the outset, communication by email and telephone was clear and informative. This had been the first time that I had required services of this kind (only rather recently had moved to the apartment in question) and given all the warnings about the industry I was very happy to have picked the right service company. These guys are highly recommended!

I called Panda HVAC when I had problems with my AC. The person who I spoke to on the phone was very professional and clear about pricing. Technicians arrived withing couple hours and found the problem right the way - my thermostat was broke. I decided I wanted to change my old one to a modern version and I payed extra for its price difference. Guys quickly brought one and installed with no problems. They also checked my AC and gave me very good recommendations about my HVAC system. Definitely will use them again.
