Panda provides us with superb, topnotch service in every way. They are so responsive, do first-rate work, and their prices are reasonable. When we needed a new blower for an existing A/C system in our new apartment, they found the most appropriate component, quoted a highly competitive price and did the installation in a tricky area without saying a word about the challenge. When there was a leak in a different section of the existing system, they came right away even though it was at the height of a heat wave. They are neat and careful, stand by their work and are easy to reach. We highly recommend Panda.

Mark and his crew were quick to send an estimate + great communicators (always a text or call when they are on their way - that means a lot to me). They worked hard, explained questions we had, tested and cleaned up. We still have to decide on some add-on services that seem a bit expensive (also in comparison to the rest of the job). But they have our trust + we hope to stay with them).

We had a phone call and he actually helped me figure out that I might need a plumber instead of HVAC repair. Mark was very courteous and so helpful! If we do end up needing to go back to him I will definitely call for them to make a visit.

Wonderful. I called PANDA and they came out in 2 days and did the work in 1. These brothers treat you right and do the right job! They did my central heat repairs 2 1/2 years ago and they were the first ones I called again when the air went and I was right to do so. Thank you Serge and Mark!

Mark was great. He came a couple of times and gave a nice price for some duct cleaning and minor repairs. He was very knowledgable. I referred Panda HVAC also to my neighbor.

Serg has cleaned my ducts before so when I needed to replace my furnace, I called him, he came the next day and gave me a more than reasonable quote. 2 big box stores were about double and triple his quote for the same unit! They started work early in the morning so that they could finish in 1 day out of consideration for me as I am pregnant with twins and they did not want to leave me without heat in the winter, even for one day. I am so grateful to Panda, they did a great job. I was honest with them on what I needed and wanted, and they did a great job for me. THANK YOU SERG!!

We had Mark from Panda HVAC come to clean our two HVAC units for winter use. We knew there was an existing problem with one of the units and that we were on the verge of having to replace it. Mark confirmed our suspicions, and also noticed some other issues that needed to be addressed. He didn't pressure us at all, and when we requested a quote for a replacement unit, he was prompt and fair and found us the best price. His team showed up promptly on the day we scheduled and finished ahead of schedule, replacing the heater with a minimum of downtime -- good thing, as it was one of the coldest days of the year and about to get colder! They were professional, courteous, and thorough. I will definitely hire Panda HVAC again.

Mark and Serge were prompt, professional, and performed quality service. We were away when there was a problem with our AC units and they were able to work with our house sitters--and me remotely--to quickly get the AC up and running again as well as alerting us to an issue with our Nest thermostat. Panda is our go-to service for all our HVAC needs.

I went great. They were friendly and knew what they were doing.

The deal stated this was a furnace tune up but apparently they don't do that! I have a gas furnace with radiators. the deal is supposed to be for hvac. nice guys but they even said themselves every second customer buys it wrong! Guess what because you are faking a deal! They are not plumbers. They vacuumed my furnace which I didn't need to buy a deal for it.
