The NYSM team did an amazing job in dismantling my solar system for a roof repair and then putting it back up in perfect working order. They also repaired some squirrel damage and wiring issues to optimize the solar output. Matt, the owner, was a pleasure to work with.

Matt was extremely helpful in every aspect of the process. We have panels from Tesla on our roof, had to have them removed and re-installed in order to have the roof re-shingled for insurance purposes, and Tesla could not have been any less interested in doing anything about it. Had it not been for Matt and his hard work, we absolutely would have lost our insurance. He went above and beyond to get everything needed for the job, and Tesla seemingly did everything they could to stand in his way. Matt and his team were professional from beginning to end and did an incredible job where I think many others would have given up and left it in our hands to deal with Tesla ourselves. We could not be happier!

Great solar service help. The guys worked quickly and efficiently. It took them the full day to remove our 55 panel system and they finished right before it started raining. When they came back to complete the reinstallation, which took two days, they put the array back right where it was and even blew the leaves out of our gutters. Good price and good communications for a solar service provider. 

We have been unable to reach our original installer (Enphase system installed in 2015) and they were available to remove our system quickly. I just googled solar service and they came up. They seem like the best company offering this type of solar maintenance near me in Suffolk County. Good communication from Matt about when they would schedule it and when they would arrive. Called the night before to confirm appointment. I really liked their solar technician named Dan.

My solar system was installed 2 years ago and never turned on! I have been fighting with my installer since then. They finally sent out Matt and his solar repair crew and they were able to get the solar panels repaired within 6 hours. Apparently 2 wires had been crossed on the roof and that was preventing the inverter from turning on. The guys that showed up were very kind and explained their process to me.

Matt and his team were very professional and affordable. The crew showed up to our house in Westchester in masks and put back up the system they had taken down three weeks ago. They had us wait until our new roof had two heavy rains on it to be sure it didnâ t leak before they reinstalled it which I think is very wise. If youâ re looking for solar service provider, I would definitely recommend them. 

Matthew is fantastic on what he does, extremely knowledgeable and responsible.
