Was overpriced for service provider attempted to sell another product at an inflated cost. I was able to pay another contract who diagnosed my problem, and I am enjoying my low-cost energy source once again.

I end with another service provider. They were more efficient in solving my problem. Also, I was told that quotes for repairs were greatly inflated.

Did exactly what I needed and requested. My Daybreak Solar left me high and dry, and have not returned any calls or emails, so these guys helped me out. Very Professional and courteous. Just a bit steep on the cost, but that is Daybreak Solars' fault.

My 14 year old solar panels were very grimy and scummy thanks to sap from a beautiful old oak tree nearby. Fortunately I found New York Solar Maintenance. The solution wasn't simple, but they persisted and now the panels are clear and clean. I was very impressed with the diligence and business integrity they showed, as well as the ease of communicating with them, from the company leadership to the scheduling person, to the brave young men who did the cleaning. It was a pleasure working with Matt and his crew. They coordinated with our roofer and our town and completed the work in a timely manner, leaving everything better than they found it.

This company has excellent customer service. Always on time. They do their work organized and clean. They explain in detail what they are going to do. They removed and reinstalled my solar panel because we need to change the roof. So happy to choose NYSM.

I needed to replace a damaged section of roof that had 13 solar panels on it. I tried every installer in CT to get the panels removed and even tried the parent company, Omnidian. They all wanted to install new panels for me, but no one wanted to remove and reinstall existing solar panels. NYSM was willing to do the job even though I was outside their normal service area. They took all the panels off and stored them at the house and then reinstalled them after the roof work was complete. My wife remarked several times how nice, polite and hard working the crew was, especially Tito! He worked by himself on a Saturday to get everything installed and working before a snowstorm hit. I can't say enough good things about this company. Excellent in every aspect! 10 stars!!!

Matt and his team were fantastic. Super responsive and communicative, clearly believe in solar and not urging replacement to make a buck. Had a balanced view about the efficacy of our existing system and shared their own thought leadership - a brief on this very question. Also recommended two firms for installing new solar. Highly recommend, would definitely use again -- and for any questions I have leading up to securing a new system - even though their focus is on maintenance.

John and Charlie did a great job. Charlie kept me in the loop the entire time, and John arrived at the time I expected him. When John was here, he answered all my questions, did a thorough inspection of my solar system, and took the necessary steps to solve my problem. My solar installer is no longer in business, and it was a struggle to find a company to take on repair and maintenance of my system. I'm so glad I found New York Solar for my repair and maintenance needs. Would and will recommend.

My solar panel inverter went down and i called around, nobody would look at it. I called New York Solar Maintenance and what a great experience from start to finish. They inspected my whole system and diagnosed the issue He was up front and professional about everything. Even as weather kept interfering. If you have an issue, ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN CONNECTICUT like i do, please use this company. They are awesome!!!!

Awesome work and terrific technicians!!

We truly appreciated the quick response to our call for assistance. Matt arrived on time and gave us an honest assessment to the necessary maintenance steps he would have to take. He put in as much time as he could that day and had an associate return to finish a couple of days later. To be fair, the panels were installed six years ago and there were six years of pine needles to be cleaned out - we were lucky it only took two times. Highly recommend Matt and his staff - professional, reliable and honest.

I have Tesla Panels on my roof. I needed them removed and reinstalled because I needed a new roof. Called Tesla only to have them tell me they could not come out for almost a year. I contacted New York Solar Maintenance and spoke with Matt great, genuine guy. He and his team came out removed the panels informed me that all my panels were not working properly. Ordered the supplies to fix them for me and reinstalled them. I couldn't be more happy with the work. He and his team are highly recommended if you need any work done with your solar system.
