Description of Work: Had a leaking radiator that corroded thru on Sunday. Went to the yellow pages & couldnt get anybody. Got answering machines, most didnt call back. One was coming but had problems with his last job, so i cancelled the call.In the meantime I was able to shut the system down and clean up the mess. This left me without heat or hot water. I checked Angies list & Monday morning called Joe the plumber who actually answered his phone. He told what time he would be able to get there & called back before coming. I asked him to remove the radiator & cap the line off. The pipes were badly corroded. I dont know how much it helped but I sprayed the joints with WD -40 repeatly. I was very afraid the pipes in the ground would fail upon attempting the removal of the radiator & I would have a nightmare on my hands. Joe & Frank were able to complete the job successfully in short order. Then he helped me refill the heating system. Very professional & capable. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: I've used Joe twice - once to replace a shower body, which was leaking into my neighbor's apartment. Then used him to replace piping under my kitchen sink, as well as the faucet itself, as it was leaking into my neighbor's apartment.
