Woke up to everything in my refrigerator completely frozen. Called Eddie and he diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me he would order the replacement part, quoted a price which I agreed to. A few days later I called him to check in and he had received the part and we arranged an appointment the next day (Saturday). Eddie arrived promptly, replaced the part and the fridge is now working again. Provider was professional and reliable.

Eddie was called to repair a dryer. He was very nice and was in and out in minutes. Thankfully the problem turned out to be a broken knob but Eddie was kind enough to provide a place to get the replacement knob. We will definitely use Eddie again in the future.

I had been putting this off because I thought the process would be painful and it was anything but! I called to explain the problem (our washing machine would not advance to the rinse cycle on its own), he was able to come - same day - to do the initial assessment. Diagnosed the problem quickly, but thoroughly, ordered the part, called when it came in and scheduled the repair. Very professional, friendly and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Eddie came at the appointed time after calling that he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem promptly and explained the necessary part would need to be ordered and installed, what it would cost, and approximately how long it would take. The cost was reasonable and the wait of about 1 week was acceptable. Eddie was very professional and well-organized. He notified us when the part came in, and he adhered to the appointment for the installation. He was personable and no-nonsense. Overall, we were very satisfied, and would recommend him and his business highly.

He diagnosed the problem, had the part needed in his truck and repaired the defroster part with alacrity and efficiency. Eddie taught me about how my refrigerator worked, what was needed to fix it and when to turn the refrigerator back on.

I had a very good experience with Eddie's. My call for a service request was returned promptly and I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. I was told there would be a $40 evaluation fee (charged only in the event that the repair was not possible, presumably to cover the technician's time which is understandable). The fee was much more reasonable than what I'd found with other appliance repair companies in the area, one of which charged $75, the other $80. Once he arrived, the technician was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. His service was professional throughout and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely call Eddie's again.

Service from Eddie was prompt and professional. He was able to troubleshoot and diagnose the originally problem, thought it was a pump issue, but instead turned out to be a drain tube issue. Because of that, Eddie quoted me less than the original amount. I really appreciate the honesty and the workmanship and will work with Eddie again in near future.

Turned out to be a clogged freezer drainage tube, and was fixed in no time flat at less than the original price quoted. In addition, Eddie is a cheerful, pleasant person to deal with.

The repairman was diligent in figuring out why our dishwasher was leaking and not getting dishes clean without selling us additional parts. He found simple solutions and helped me understand what the issue was and how to ensure that it's not a problem again (as well as what to look for to call back). Would definitely recommend!

I described the problem to Eddie on the phone. He came at the appointed time, and diagnosed the problem in about two minutes. He brought a replacement part with him, installed it and was on his way within about 15 minutes. Problem solved. Reasonable price, too.

We needed a replacement over for our oven. Our had broken. Eddie was swift with helping us and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to call him. He was very professional.

It went fine. I watched as he took off the front panel and checked the connections. One was not secure. He secured it. Done. My dog liked him as well and would rate him highly.

I appreciated that he checked in about the details before arriving so that he could be sure to have the likely parts; and that he kept in touch about when he would be arriving within the 3 hour time-window he had originally given me.
