Eddie was prompt, courteous, friendly, informative and efficient. I had a very old dishwasher and he took the effort to explain how the units work and then did a deep diagnosis on all of the issues with my particular one. It was clear from his explanations that he was deeply knowledgeable and experienced. He also was able to solve the problem in minutes. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and likely will.

Called and made an appointment. He never showed. I called to make sure he was ok and still coming. Left a message and he never called back!!

Eddie responded promptly to my call. Was courteous and clear in scheduling an appointment. Gave me a heads up by phone when on his way, as promised. Wore a mask the entire time he was in my home. Promptly replaced the broken belt and was on his way. Pleasant, no fuss and fair price. I will certainly use him again.

Awesome. I called and he was nearby so made a quick stop over, replaced the ignition and was on his way. Problem resolved in no time and was very much appreciated in current climate as wasn’t sure how easy it would be to find someone making house calls.

Eddie and I spoke on the phone the night before to set up an appointment. Once I explained what was happening with my refrigerator, he seemed to already know what the problem was. He was very accomodating and came to the house early in the morning at a time I requested so could I have the repair done without missing work. He called when he was outside. Because of the pandemic, he was wearing a mask and gloves to enter my house-much appreciated! He examined the fridge and was prepared with the necessary part to successfully do the repair. Overall, he was accomodating, punctual, sensitive to the current COVID19 epedemic, polite , skilled and reasonable. I highly recommend him!!!

I called Eddie on a Wednesday afternoon and he was here on Thursday morning. He diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it immediately...he had the required part in his truck. He was friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend and hire him again.

I called Eddie's Modern Repair Service explained the situation and he diagnosed the F1 code as a faulty control board. In this environment that we are experiencing Coronavirus; Eddie appeared! A true professional, guarded with protective equipment. He was so kind to research the make and model and appropriately ordered the necessary replacement part. Upon receipt of part he was here attentive and conducted the replacement like a surgeon. Eddie and his team are amazing and dedicated to provide the best advise and efficiency. Eddie was honest & helpful. After he checked it out,,he told me upfront it couldn’t be prepared. I appreciated that. He could have charged me for parts I didn’t need. I would definitely refer him to friends & family

Eddie's is terrific. I had two Samsung ovens that were not working. Eddie arrived on time and very quickly identified and fixed the issues for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend!

Eddie arrived promptly and made quick work of this repair. The oven is back in business. On YouTube there are videos of how to do this yourself but once I saw how difficult it was to remove old corroded screws in one piece from this gizmo I knew it would have been a thankless job for me, and I probably would be calling repair after I botched it. Amazing. Eddie scheduled a visit within 12 hours of my calling him, and he arrived exactly when he said he would with the part in hand. He’s a genius with appliances, and a cool guy too. I recommend.

We have used Eddie 2x over the past 5 years. He is the best! He is the kind of quality you never find anymore in a repair person.
