Eddie came to look at my dryer and quickly determined the motor needed to be replaced. He ordered the parts and stayed in contact with me while we waited for them to arrive. Once they got it he reached out to schedule an installation appointment. He was extremely professional throughout and very flexible on scheduling. I highly recommend his business.

Very pleased. Eddie asked a few questions over the phone to troubleshoot and see if it was a simple matter I could fix on my own, deduced that the pump was likely broken, then came by the NEXT DAY with a new pump in hand and fixed our washer.

Needed a new detergent dispenser, which was replaced. In addition, Eddie originally thought the problem was a faulty valve, but turned out to be a crumpled hose. Price turned out to be much less than estimate. Prompt, knowledgeable and honest... would definitely recommend.

On Monday 7/3 our oven's burner wouldn't light. Tuesday being July 4th I didn't bother calling anyone. I checked Angie's List and found Eddie's less than a mile away. After reading the reviews I decided to give him a shot. I called Wednesday morning and didn't get an answer. I decided to call later. About 10 minutes later I received a call on my cell. It was Eddie. He saw the missed call and returned the call. I give points for that alone. We made the appointment for Thursday morning between 8:30 and 11:30 am. A little after 8am Thursday Eddie called to make sure I was up and came about 15 minutes later. Someone more prompt you couldn't ask for. From my previous days description of the problem he brought an ignitor with him. To cut it short everything was apart, put back together and working in about 20 minutes. He even gave me some advise on a flakey Verona cooktop that we have. Prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable you couldn't ask for better than Eddie. The charge was reasonable, plus the $20 taken off for Angie's List I would say it was a good deal. He is definitely my go to guy.

We've used Eddie before--he's now our go-to guy for appliance repair. Great communication. He told me to start the dryer before he drove over. Diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot in less than an hour.

It went really well. Eddie responded quickly and got back with the parts and completed all the work fast and well. He first checked the pump but then found the issue to be the motor sensor.

A new oven ignitor is a common problem, and Eddie was quick to fix it. He was easy to schedule, came over promptly, communicated well, and fixed the problem quickly. Overall a super pleasant repair, I will definitely call him in the future when I have problems.

Eddie came over to my house the day after we contacted him, he diagnosed the problem quickly and performed the work in about 10 minutes. He was pleasant and friendly, and was an excellent communicator, which I can't say about most of the people I contact for home services. He called me in the morning to give me an ETA and did a great job of explaining the problem. Will definitely be my go-to person for appliance repairs.

Eddie was fantastic! He went above and beyond to replace the washing machine front loading gasket which was no easy task. He made sure the installation was done correctly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him to address and washing machine issues, and will contact him in the near future if any appliance need servicing.

We need a new one :( Eddie was honest and upfront with us. He is a very nice and reliable option after we looked for weeks for repair services.

I called Eddie and he diagnosed the problem on the phone before coming over. He came on time, called me when he was on his way to confirm. He opened up the fridge and, surprise, the same part had broken again. He had said that if the compressor is broken, we're better off buying a new fridge, but if it is the inverter, we can get it fixed (costs less, I suppose). The previous repair person had also not placed the part properly, so it had fallen off. Eddie ordered the part, checked the previous part number we had had and made sure it was the same (updated version, but same part). It took about a week for Whirlpool to ship the part to Eddie, and then he came back to install and test it. He worked fast and left everything clean. He was very pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. A week after the repair, he called to ask how things were going and if we had any questions. I have never had a repair person actually do that before, so we were very impressed. Will definitely call Eddie again if any appliances break!

Eddie diagnosed the cause were the hinged. He ordered the parts and returned when he said he would. Eddie was prompt to respond and polite. He performed the job as promised.

I called Eddie in the evening and he was there, as promised, before 1:00 the next day (the day after the Feb 9 snowstorm that shut down the city). The problem turned out to be an easy tweak behind the back wall of the freezer, which he cheerfully explained and performed, and went on to give me a clear, quick tutorial on how refrigerators work (he didn't impose this on me - I asked him to; and he even double-checked first to make sure I was serious). He was fast, extremely pleasant and direct, and I got a strong sense of deep competence born of humanity/intelligence/experience. I am VERY happy to have found him, it's a relief knowing he's out there.

Eddie was clear and concise about his availability and arrived when he said he would. He asked me to explain the problem I was having with my dishwasher in detail before he started his work. Eddie was very professional and arrived on time, and managed to schedule us 1 day before the Christmas holiday weekend. He assessed the problem, had been expecting a return visit to complete the job because the needed part was going to be ordered, turns out he had found a spare part in his truck, therefore fixing the problem right on the spot.....Excellent!!
