I tried to order a washer/dryer all in one OVER 1 month ago. I spoke to Victor who works in sales and promised me this was scheduled and taken care of. I took off work to get this delivered- I was cancelled on last minute. I then called, emailed, called again, emailed again etc (took days to finally reach someone who could assist- lots of run around). I had to get to the point of yelling over the phone which is not typical for me to do. I was told to call the delivery company. They told me they would finally re-set the delivery date, and guess what- I took off another day of work and confirmed multiple times- ITEM NEVER CAME. I called delivery company myself at this point and they told me appliance connection never did this. I then scheduled AGAIN for this past monday, my fiance took off work this time since I am a nurse and cannot keep taking off, and the delivery guy called saying he was in traffic- LAST MINUTE CALLED AND CANCELLED!!! WE LOST 3 DAYS OF WORK. They are un-accomodating. I tried to reach the manager- they stepped out after I called at 1pm? I was told manager would call me back and put in as an urgent call- NEVER HAPPENED. I asked what happened to this item- first they told my fiance they gave it to another customer, then someone else said it was lost in transit, then another person told me it was DAMAGED and now cannot ship to us and will be backordered for a unknown amount of time. I asked for reimbursement for my time at this time, NO RESPONSES, NO HELP, THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT AND LIARS. I have been willing to work with them- but cannot even get a response. I would retract this statement if someone would even call me back at this point!! I will now be reporting this company on every level possible. I lost valuable time and $ due to a company being negligent and not caring about their customers at all. Never in my life experienced something like this. I am a healthcare worker and don't have that kind of time to waste. It is so upsetting. I would honestly take my business elsewhere.

I ordered a dishwasher through Appliances Connection on 7/5/2021, and paid $149.99 for professional installation, as offered at the time of the order. AM Home Delivery delivered the dishwasher to my home on 8/6/2021, but refused to install the dishwasher. The delivery team said that they never install dishwashers. They also said that they deliver appliances for Appliances Connection every day. How can it be that Appliances Connection did not know AM Home Delivery would not provide the professional installation services that they charged me for? I am now unable to get a refund from Appliances Connection, until AM Home Delivery confirms that they did not install the dishwasher. AM Home Delivery has been unresponsive to my communication so far. This issue is between Appliances Connection and AM Home Delivery, and I should be given a refund by Appliances Connection.

I had never ordered a major appliance online before, never really crossed my mind. But when our oven/range blew up, we needed something fast. I immediately began doing my research and once I found the oven we wanted (Induction - awesome!) I started price matching. It would have been easiest to shop near where I work, but they were back ordered by several weeks. I also walked into and called several additional stores... until I came across Appliances Connection. The price was right, a promised delivery date within a week (had to pay a bit more for quicker delivery), and the ordering process was a breeze... DONE. Their Customer Service is unmatched, with friendly agents to talk and/or email with, and email notification was provided at every step along the way. We had our oven in 4 business days and they even unpacked it and set it in the kitchen (the movers cannot actually install the product as they don't do electrical work). Overall a great experience. Will definitely use again.

My Sharp microwave of 20 + years died and although I only use it to warm foods or melt butter, it was still an inconvenience to not have one. I went to the search engine ask.com to find an appliance store on line, for a replacement. I knew I wanted a Sharp but beyond that, no ideas. I had never order an appliance on line and was very apprehensive but I buy almost everything else on line and have been very pleased with the merchandise and the stores I've ordered from have been outstanding and I haven't had any problems. I find shopping on line a blessing as I hate the mall or store scene. Having to run all over town looking at different models not to mention, the employees in the stores know little to nothing about the merchandise they sell. Then there is the safety factor-I just don't feel safe going to the malls or strip centers anymore. I'm in my 70's and really don't feel safe shopping out in the world these days. There is traffic, finding a parking place, gas prices and on and on with shopping in malls/stores. On line, I can shop when I please and there is more information about merchandise than any place else. Appliancesconnection.com is what I clicked on and found more microwaves than I knew existed-all prices, all sizes and any option you could ever want. My only problem was trying to decide on one. After much research, I finally settled on a mid-size Sharp plain/no frills microwave-just right for my needs. I did not pay shipping charges or tax and it couldn't have been easier. The customer service at appliancesconnection.com keep me informed on the progress of my order. Actually, my microwave arrived before the email telling me that it had shipped. If I need another appliance, I will not hesitate to buy it from appliancesconnection.com. I found them a pleasure to do business with and an outstanding company. I purchased a Chef Pepin 10-12 cup Coffee Maker. I've searched all over for this specific Chef Pepin Coffeemaker, and I'd been using an old broken coffee maker for a long time. Great Price! In addition, my appliance was received very promptly. I really need to give the biggest props to the two delivery guys. They were extremely professional and extremely helpful. I don't have any comments about the warranty at this time because I haven't needed to use it, and hopefully will never have to! Regardless, it was easy to set up and a great offer.

I bought my new home last year and found this website while looking for new appliances. I purchases a Samsung Fridge, Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher the 1st time around. The process was fast and easy so I said why not again for my new washer/dryer. Last week I placed my order and since my Samsung washer was on back order I had to wait for this week for the item to reach the warehouse. When I checked yesterday the ETA changed to the following week. I called to check in on the order and spoke with an associate who was understanding and very patient. He did as I asked without question and assured he would try to help me out. I waited patiently for him and when he returned to the call. He first apologized for the wait which is always nice and reassured me that he really wanted to help me. He was able to offer me a wonderful savings on the warranty and removal of my old appliances. WHAT A GREAT TURN AROUND..... I went from an angry customer to a happy customer in minutes. GREAT JOB and THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Appliance Connection: I suspect from other reviews theres alot of damaged merchandise delivered. They are a broker and had a 3rd party deliver a frame damaged range oven, without following directions to contact me for tenant delivery. Tenants accepted it packaged, without authority, 10 minutes later i got there and frame was badly bent, called immediately, and was refused pick up. Since they removed the old range, wouldn’t come back, had to install the new one. Then AC sent me a form saying i had to pay for return, AND it couldn’t be used! Suuure!!! I spent time proving frame was bent, and weeks negotiating. They offered $150 with no additional responsibility. Had to take it because i was forced into it; these guys do NOT back up their products. Now i have to remove it and take a chance on time, energy and risk to hopefully repair it. a real mess. DO NOT USE this company! Home Depot, Lowes, RC Willey or your neighborhood dealer would have fixed or replaced in a minute! Instead, i got hardball tactics, a return agreement with onerous terms nobody else in the industry would dare inflict, tenant problems, delivery problems, a bent range, and an ongoing headache. In 40 years of real estate, never dealt with such a consumer tone deaf company. Goodby and may we never cross paths again. There are a ton of better companies to do business with, these guys are nothing but a headache; disaster waiting to happen, and probably damaged merchandise u can’t possibly resolve! I have not received my microwave yet, but the customer service has been excellent with shipping notifications. Also, I chose Appliance Connection due to receiving free shipping. Their competitor was charging too much for shipping this small appliance!

We purchased a complete GE Profile package, I love the entire package but the Counter Depth french door refrigerator is unbelievable. the auto fill is so convenient. The delivery was fast and the delivery guys were very professional, We had such a good experience that we have since purchased other appliances from Appliances Connection. Keep up the great work guys!!!

This company offers great prices but has slow shipping and an onerous return policy. I purchased a loveseat that turned out to be uncomfortable. When I inquired about returning, I discovered that there would be a 30% restocking fee because the packaging was discarded (by the guys who delivered the unit) plus $1.50 per pound to return. I wish I had read all this somewhere before I purchased this unit. Next time I will stick to Costco!! First Edit: I appreciate Appliances Connection responding to my review. However, I just want everyone to understand that returning stuff from Appliances Connection can be very costly and in the era of Amazon, Costco and others that make it easy to return product, Appliances Connection is not up to that standard. Price is not everything. READ the fine print. For this reason, I will not be purchasing anything from Appliances Connection again.

We ordered an induction cook top and are thrilled with its performance. It took awhile to get used to all the advantages over a regular cook top, such as fast boiling, immediate heat shutdown when turning the burner off or lifting the pot from the burner. For older or forgetful people, the automatic shut off after removing the pot from the burner could easily be a life saver. We are very happy that we changed to our new induction cook top.

We accidentally ordered the wrong couch. When I called customer service, the representative took the time to not only get the old one exchanged for a new couch and recliner but also saved us money. It was an honest mistake we made, but this individual went above and beyond and today he helped me to fix a mistake and kept a customer happy! Thank you for everything!

The online process was very easy. I received an online discount for the products I purchased plus was able to use Appliances Connection's discount code. Order arrived sooner than shipping company tentatively told me. The delivery guys brought it into kitchen and opened boxes for me to inspect. All was well and will reorder from Appliances Connection again with no worries.
