The service technician was on-time, professional and extremely thorough. I was charged only for the service call as there were no actual identifiable issues with the dryer.

My dryer stopped working and whirlpool was going to take 3 weeks to come and fix it. I checked Angie's list and found Accurate Appliance. I called them on a Sunday afternoon, left a message, and got a call back by 9:05 on Monday morning. After asking me a few questions they sent a tech to my home by 11:00 am. Fixed the problem and my dryer was working by 11:30. I was also very impressed with their policy of only charging you the $45.00 service charge if you don't have them do any work. Their price was fantastic, their staff was courteous, but most of all it was the speed with which the whole thing took place. I can't help but think that mentioning Angie's List helped.

When our dryer started emitting a very loud thumping sound whenever we turned it on, we called Accurate Appliance to come and take a look. I spoke with a representative on Friday afternoon who took down my details and set up an appointment for Monday afternoon. The repairman called that morning to confirm and arrived at my home on time. After opening the dryer, he told me that a bearing needed replacement and depending on further investigation, it would either be a $350 or $125 job though he expected it to be the less expensive option. Luckily for us, it turned out to be $125. They also did a good job vacuuming out the inside of the dryer which had accumulated a great deal of lint and was probably affecting the efficiency as well. In all, the dryer is now working great and I am very satisfied with my experience with Accurate Appliance.

The repair appointment was made on Thursday for Monday. The cost of the visit was quoted at $40 plus any additional parts and labor. A woman at the office called on Friday to get the serial number of the washer. The repair men came during the appointed time and assessed the problem as needing to replace the main panel (that controls the washing program). The washer now works (it didn't drain completely in the last cycle).

Great! Fast and friendly and upfront about fees.

I was very satisfied. Accurate was ready to come the same day I called. The technician showed up within the time frame I was promised. He examined the problem, explained it to me simply and clearly, quickly came up with the solution (we needed a new part), gave me a price and promptly made the repair. I was very happy with the service.

Excellent service! They returned my call quickly and came to service the dryer within 24 hours. They called me to let me know when they were about a half hour away so that I was able to leave work and not wait too long for them. When he arrived the repairman got right to work, identified the problem and completed the repair within 15 minutes. He was friendly and offered good advice on upkeep of the dryer.

I phoned and they answered right away, described their policies and said someone would come within 3 hours. Thirty minutes later the guy arrived. He took apart the dishwasher looking for problems and then tested the results. For my particular machine, his opinion was that replacing the pump was not worthwhile, given the age of the machine. Instead, he made some useful suggestions on how to operate the machine so as to get the best out its remaining life (rinse dishes, use water heater, put pots in top rack, etc. All in all, a positive experience. I was charged $40 for the service call, which I found fair.

Called number given on May 29th and a woman named Virginia answered the phone. She was a pleasure to talk with and very helpful. Advised me of the cost of the home visit and gave me an appointment the very next day [May 30th] along with a time span. She called me on May 30th and advised me that the repairman would be there at the time agreed upon. Steve called to tell me he was on his way. He assessed the situation and within 5 mins. knew what the problem was. Gave me the cost up front and proceeded to fix the problem. He was a pleasure to deal with and very neat. No mess, etc. Would recommend them to anyone.

The dishwasher was under warranty. The manufacturer provided me with a repair business other than Accurate Appliance Repair. Three different service calls, the recommended business attempted to fix the problem with no success. Therefore, I opted to telephone Accurate Appliance Repair. Within 30 minutes, the serviceman completed the job. I was very pleased with the scheduling process as they were able to come within three days. They arrived right on time and the right day. When I telephoned the business, they were very pleasant. I will definitely call them for additional services.

I called Accurate Appliance Repair because there was no heat in my dryer. They gave me an appointment for the next day with a 4 hour window--between 10 and 2. The man who came was knowledgeable, very nice, and apologetic that it turned out to be a con-ed problem. The fee for a house call was 40$, and would have gone to any work done.

Joseph called to confirm the appt. and came over when he said he would. He found a hole in the hose that runs out the back of the dishwasher and replaced it. But after he left, the dishwasher leaked again. So he came back the next day and said the gasket had to be replaced too. He then ordered another one and this took a few days to get in. When it did come in, Joseph called to see when he could come by. He came by the next day and replaced it. I ran the dishwasher after he left and the gasket popped off. I called him immediately but he said he would come back the next day. I told him he had to come by asap. He came back within an hour and fixed it. No problems since then.

They fixed the problem by replacing a broken part. They returned my call immediately, and came that day to fix the dryer, as they had some one who would be in my neighborhood. They were prompt, polite, punctual, fabulous! They even helped by giving some advice on the fridge, which is not what they were called for.

Although Joe was not able to repair the refrigerator, this was a positive experience. Joe was punctual, polite, explained what he thought might be wrong, why he could not make the repair, and provided a National service repair number for Frigidaire appliances.

We called on a Monday, scheduled an appointment for Tuesday between 10am and 2pm. They called Tuesday morning to confirm and tech arrived toward the end of the window (at 1pm.) My washing machine wouldn't spin but started to work again while he was testing it with a meter. He offered some good advice about the model and I liked that he didn't try to force the repairs on me. I will call them again if the need occurs again and will recommend them to others.

Repairman was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient.

This is an old family business and the only appliance repair company I would call. When I was a renter, my landlord called this company to repair my washer. I later, as a homeowner, called this company to repair a dryer. The service is prompt and friendly and very reasonable.

THIS GENTLEMAN WAS A LOVELY PERSON CAME IN RIGHT AWAY AND STARTED WORKING ON REPLACING THE DRYER VENT AND THE BELT ON MY DRYER. HE WOULD NEVER THINK OF OVERCHARGING ME.

THE COMPANY IS REALLY GOOD. IN THE PAST THEY ALSO FIXED MY DISHWASHER. THE REPAIRMAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WAS VERY GOOD. HE MADE SURE HE CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE.

THE REPAIR WAS PROMPT AND GREAT. HE LOOKED AT THE WASHING MACHINE AND RECOMMENDED THAT WE BUY A NEW ONE BECAUSE THE OLD ONE WAS NOT WORTH FIXING. HE EVEN RECOMMENDED A BRAND THAT HAS LESS REPAIR PROBLEMS.

Job2. MY EXPERIENCE IN USING ACCURATE APPLIANCE REPAIR WAS ONCE AGAIN FAVORABLE. THE REPAIR MAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FOUND THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. Job1. ALTHOUGH I HAD TO WAIT AN ENTIRE DAY FOR THE REPAIR MAN TO MAKE A SERVICE CALL, THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH THE APPLIANCE.
