Anthony repaired the freezer gasket to make the seal tight again, and explained that this may have caused the problem. I appreciate his willingness to try an inexpensive repair before replacing expensive parts. He provided detailed instructions about how to manually defrost the unit and what the next steps will be if the problem persists after defrosting. Anthony was thorough, generous with his time, and, I believe, honest. He patiently answered all of my questions both about the refrigerator and also about other appliances (stove and washer). He and his assistant were prompt and polite and reliable (he called when he said he would call, and arrived when he said he would), and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I will definitely use them again for any appliance repairs and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Joe and Robert called when they were leaving their previous job, arrived on time. Diagnoses problem quickly, fixed problem fast. Courteous nice guys. I would definitely hire them again.

Accurate Appliance Repair did a fantastic job from start to finish. I made first contact with them on a Sunday night and quickly heard back that same evening. They requested my contact info for follow-up on Monday morning, and they actually followed up! After speaking with the office manager and telling her my problem/availability, she promptly put a rep on the case. The rep (Joe?) was at my house hours later and even had the part he suspected I would need. He installed that part within a half hour, and my fridge was back in fantastic order. He was also very friendly, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

I got an appointment the same day I called. Technician was on time, friendly, and polite. He explained the issue and described the options for how to address the problem. He fixed it. Was quick, didn't make a mess, didn't scratch the hardwood floor when pulling the refrigerator out. I would hire them again.

Very well. When I called, the person who answered the phone offered trouble-shooting tips in case the panel could work itself out. Unfortunately, it seems it was thoroughly fried. Joe came the same day as I made the phone call, and was courteous and friendly. He ordered the part and returned promptly the next day. No problems since. I'm very happy with their service.

We called accurate appliance repair has we had a noisey of a shine machine. The supposed repair man told my wife there was nothing that could be done as the support brick was rusty and eventually it would break. It did not break but the next time we tried to use it the machine would no longer work at all! We contacted the company and they refused to come back. The machine was brand new 2 years ago, I accept the rust issues due being in the basement but I do not believe it mysteriously stopped working the minute he left.

He explained what to look for in a new stove and I appreciate his honesty. I will use them again and recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. I called the company to get an estimate for a fridge repair. I asked if there were any times available for same day repair since the tenant was anxious for the repair. She said no abruptly as if I were insane to ask whether same day service was available. We proceeded to share basic details and noted that if I wanted them to do the job, to call her back the next day at 9am. Thankfully, I was able to get another company for the job so that I could respond quickly to a good tenant. Out of courtesy, I called Accurate Appliance Repair today at 9:30am and the same woman picked up. I politely let her know that I would not be needing their services and while I was literally ending with "...thank you for your...." she completely cut me off with "OKAY...GOODBYE!" and hung up (with a click so loud I can still hear it in my head). I am writing this review because the woman from Accurate Appliance Repair was one of the most obnoxiously rude individuals I've ever encountered by phone. I would never use this company simply because their first point of contact was just plain unprofessional.

Technician arrived next day and quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided price including parts and labor. When I agreed, he said he'll come first thing next morning with the parts. Next morning he called and arrived promptly to finish the job. Joe (his name) was friendly and professional.
