They tackled the job professionally and were all a pleasure to work with. All went smoothly, satisfied with the work and will definitely use them again. |

HORRIBLE
Description of Work: Apparently, this "Family Owned" company Can't service "Homeowners". It seems like they are after Big Corporate Dollars. Called to get service for my boiler and was told that they are too busy! I told them that it wasn't an emergency that I could wait. Their reply was, "Its Impossible". So I asked, when can they? They replied, "Never, we are too busy". I bet if I told them that I needed someone to re-do my 3 family house, I would have gotten attention. Little did they know that I was trying to feel them out for those exact services. It's a shame that we no longer can support local businesses because they are "too busy" for you. Not professional!

Description of Work: I had a sink drain leak when the sing received a bucket of water. Another plumber had "fixed it " about 1 year ago and failed to do it right. That plumber charged me over $500. Wynne came on time and completely redid the drain basin, the trap and the connection to the soil pipe in the all. In addition they installed a new thermostat in my high tech boiler that several other boiler repair people would not touch because they didn't order the part and because they resented a customer that seemed to know too much. For all that work they charged me $577, about the same as the earlier hack. But this time it was done right. I am very pleased with this plumbing company.

The plumber was pulling up to the front door as I came home. He was able to clear the drain in my tub and called me to show that the tub was running without a blockage. He also left the bathroom clean.
Description of Work: Called them Monday morning to arrange someone to stop by ASAP. They called back and were able to have someone stop by by 5:00.

The problem turned out to be much simpler than expected, fixed itself before the plumber got here. They didn't charge me and were really nice about it. Good people and I will definitely call them again if I have another problem.

I've used Wynne Plumbing and Heating for several years. They have always come on time which I think is rare for plumbers. Their work is great and I'm very satisfied. The price is right and they are careful not to get mud or dirt on my floors.
Description of Work: I had them come to fix a clog in the bathtub drain. They used a chemical treatment and also snaked it.

Very prompt and they seem to be very responsible. They do the work and they do it fast. Around $150 per hour.
Description of Work: He had to disconnect all the plumbing from under my kitchen sink - dishwasher, disposal unit and disconnect water to pipes.

Polite,. (Not on time, but forgiven). Haven't been billed yet although I called them two weeks ago to let them know they'd neglected to send a bill. Was given estimate of under $300.
Description of Work: Leaking faucets in kitchen and bathroom fixed. As was leaking fixture that holds and lets water out of bathroom basin. Also sink that was leaking from base in bathroom.
