They showed promptly as per appointment to inspect the problem at 9:00am on January 12th. Suggested replacing the coils, took photos, and advised that someone would be getting back to me shortly with cost. 17 days and 5 phone calls later I am still waiting to hear from Brian, apparently the only person who can work up a costing. Each time I'm told he's out/busy, it will be following ASAP, they're very busy, etc. So I sit here in a room without heat (which they have been made aware of numerous times). I would rather be told they can't/don't want to do the job so I could have made alternate arrangements much earlier. Worst customer service I have experienced in years. Don't bother!!!

I think the clog was so bad that the sink and tub were about to come face to face with g***. They immediately got to work and with some effort accomplished the job. I was happy with their work. I think their accounting practices could be better because I began to write a check for service, but was told I would be billed instead. I was invoiced 4 months later. Perhaps business is too good.

They blew off the first two appointments, so by they time they actually arrived on the third attempt, I wasn't really expecting much. Their work was fine, but I would not use them again because of their standing me up twice.

Two plumbers came on time and quickly did what they were contracted to do. They were polite, professional and answered questions to my satisfaction.

I reached out to them yesterday and they said all of the workers were gone for the day and to try back in the morning. The company told me that they are all booked and suggested an unlicensed local person to get the work done. I felt that it was very unprofessional and I was insulted that he would give me someone like that to do the work.

See above. I would never use them again and have used them for years. Something is wrong with their management.

Elvis and Oscar were the men who worked at my house, everything went wonderfully.

I had used this company a few times many years ago, and I've always found them to keep their promises and do a good job. The two men who came to the house were terrific. They didn't make a mess and installed the appliances in a very tight space with very little damage. They had great personalities and were polite. I found the price to be fair. One of the smaller items on the list was to re-route the line for the kitchen sprayer under the sink. A few days later when I added soap to the soap dispenser that is next to the sprayer, soap started flowing out of the cupboard under the sink. The bottom piece holding the soap was gone, and I realized that it probably had been discarded by the plumbers. Accident, OK, but it's a real inconvenience to me and it cost me money to buy and have someone put it in and there was quite a mess under the sink--on the cupboard and all the items there--for me to clean up. When someone I'm paying causes damage and expense to my property, I get upset, particularly if they don't fix it. I called and left a message describing the problem and my call was never returned. For this reason I've given the company a B and not an A.

I called on Monday and made an appointment for thursday b/w 9 and 10 am for boiler service. Several people changed their schedules- work appointments, child care duties, etc to accomodate the service call. I called on Wednesday to confirm the Thursday morning appointment and was told everything was good to go. On Thursday at 9:45 when no one had showed up I called to ask if they were on there way and was told that we were scheduled for Friday. Several people were affected by this and will need to shuffle work and home obligations again when a different company comes by next week- and no heat for several days! You dont get a second chance to make a 1st impression. Their incompetence messed up things for several people. If they cant figure out the schedule properly I dont know how they will manage the heating system...

The plumbed told me the procedures that they follow. He spoke with the maintenance people to get the most information. He inspected the damage to the ceiling. After this, he collected his tools and proceeded with the work that day. He finished quickly, though stopped to show me the damaged parts, and was on his way. Overall, a very good experience.

Luis and Frank arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. as scheduled. My husband took them to the apartment where the leak was and they were able to determine the problem immediately. They informed us that the faucet needed to be changed and they gave us options. We were able to either get an affordable faucet or something a little more pricey that matched what was already in the kitchen. Due to our budget, we chose the more affordable faucet. Hearing that we had options, instead of them telling us what they were going to buy made dealing with them a good experience. They looked into our heating when we asked a question about making some changes to our heating system for the winter. The guys were patient and did not tell us we had to call the office and make a separate appointment. This was all done AFTER we paid for their plumbing service.

They were really good with their response time. The thing that I was surprised about was they send somebody named Rand H Plumbing and I paid $173 including tax and they came and unplugged the stopped tub drain. H went into the drains under the floor and did a lot of spinning around for a while. It wasn't that messy but it wasn't that cleaned up but he came when he said he would. They fixed the problem and it was the price that they quoted. When I called they called me back and they were able to setup a time and I had a specific time and they were able to do it at that time. I"m a new home owner so I have no idea what a good price would be.

Nobody showed up for the first appointment. We received a call 15 minutes before the appointment that the plumbers were running late on a previous job and would not be coming that day. We scheduled a second appointment for the following week. On the day of the second appointment, the plumbers were 90 minutes late and I had to call twice during that time to find out what was going on. When I made the second appointment I asked to have the plumber come prepared to do the job on that day, not just to make a visual inspection. The dispatcher called the plumber during the appointment and pulled him off of my job to work on another job. Needless to say I was feeling like the company did not respect me as a customer. So we had to make a third appointment for the actual work. Once again the plumber was over an hour late. Once they arrived they were courteous and completed the job in a professional manner. They replaced much more pipe than I was expecting them to, which made the job take longer than I thought it should have, and cost about twice what I was expecting to pay when I decided to make the initial call. I had worked once before with Wynne and a similar set of circumstances occurred. I thought that might have been a fluke but I sense a pattern happening. I'm very impressed with the work and final result, but I'm hesitant to ever call them again based on their inability to honor appointments.

The problem was negligible and we could have fixed it ourselves had we known what it was. The plumber was able to fix it in five minutes, but we had to pay for the full hour, which was a little frustrating, although I do understand.

It went well. I was pleased. They were flexible which I enjoyed and needed.

Service was excellent. Plumber was on time. Work was of high quality. Finished up really clean.

I made an appointment for 9 am. Before the appointment time they called to say they couldn't make it, but that someone would come by in the afternoon. They called at the end of the day to reschedule for another day. They also didn't show up that day and I've never heard from them again.

I called and spoke with the manager at Wynne. He was very pleasant and helpful and informative.Pedro from Wynne was very professional. He looked at problem and went right to work. Pedro made me aware of dust build-up in boiler room and told me it was a fire hazard. I was unaware of this. This is my first home and it would be very easy to take advantage, as other services have in the past. I am definitely calling Wynne again for many plumbing issues with my condo. Without Angie's List I would be reaching blindly at plumbing companies A++++++ Thank you Wynne!

Because of a job that ran longer than expected, the plumber did not show in the afternoon as expected to perform an inspection of needed repairs in order to generate an estimate. I had to find this out by calling them. The promised to come the next morning, which they did. I received the estimate over the phone the next day. A few days later the plumber and an assistant came to perform the work and completed it in less time than the estimate, so the final bill was even lower than expected. I've grown used to contractors not returning phone calls or showing up on-time, so this was a breath a fresh air comparatively.

Two plumbers arrived earlier than the appointment time, which was very early in the morning. I appreciated that because I didn't have to wait around all day. They were professional, efficient, and organized. I would recommend Wynne Plumbing to other members.

They promised to come and never showed up, plumber calls out of nowhere and says he is downstairs. They rescheduled and never apeared. Then I was getting rude attetitud on the phone while calling to complain they never showed up. waste of time working with these guys.

The plumber repaired 4 inch drain waste vent piping and snaked/cleaned out sewer line. He did very high quality work in a reasonable amount of time. He also went above and beyond by discovering a problem with more of the pipe than initially estimated which expanded the amount of work. The extra part of the pipe was also replaced. Despite this, they still charged us based on the initial estimate. Our only complaint was they were a little slow getting the proposal out to us. I think they were affected by Hurricane Sandy during that time, so it's understandable. Excellent company to work with overall!

The workers on 11/30 left and the heat was not working in the apartment or the building because there was not a proper communciation to the building manager that th work was finished.The heat was turned on back for the building but the unit repaired still did not produce heat.We called Wynne and let them know, they tried to get a crew back that day but it was not possible. We were assure that the credit card would not be charged until the issue was fixed. Due to our business travel schedule we were not able to reschedule until 12/11/12. When calling to reschedule we were ensure that our credit card had NOT been charged. Wynne was very polite and they remembered all the details of our service call. In the morning of 12/11/2012 a crew, again very polite and professional, arrived to finish the job. The new crew found that unit thermostat was not working and a McQay service technician would be required. I infomred them that the unit had been working in the summer, without leaks or thermostat issues. The prior crew had o disconect the thermostat in order to repalce the valve and coupling, I politiely questioned if it was possible that in the process something else had broken. The new crew called the office, the owner of Wynne let us know through the service crew that our credit would not be charged for the original service since the unit was still not working. The replacement of the valve and coupling was performed correctly. It just appears in the process somehting else was broken. We are extemely impressed with the prompt response and professionalism of this organazation and their technicians. We would 100% hired them again!!!
