I moved in with my girlfriend and hired Schleppers to move my stuff and stuff from her apartment into our new apartment. Despite the multiple stops in our move, it went very well. Schleppers was professional and easy to work with. They moved everything efficiently and safely. I would recommend them to anyone.

Shleppers did an amazing job for my move. I moved from a 3200 sq ft townhouse into a 1100 sq ft apartment. I had items going in two directions (long term move for international relocation) and an interim local move for a year. The crew - headed by Paco - was amazing. Organized, fast, neat and very efficient. They worked as a very organized team and were a pleasure to work with. Nothing broke and they made sure that I was settled into my interim apartment. I used them in the past and will continue using them.

Schleppers were an incredible team to work with for my move. Because of Covid, I handled everything from the other side of the country and they made the move smooth from start to finish. HIGHLY recommend

The movers were on time, efficient, and listened when I identified particularly fragile pieces of furniture. Not only did they package everything extremely fast, they unpacked even faster, with everything in perfect condition. While on the pricier end for moving companies, the person I worked with for getting the quote and itemizing my furniture list worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. I'd definitely use Shlepper's again.

Paco and his team from Shleppers were nothing short of amazing. They moved me out of my 6th floor walk-up in Manhattan and into a unit in DC in the middle of the Covid pandemic. Everyone was upbeat, diligent, professional and kept to health safety protocols. Paco and his guys made my move — which could’ve been enormously stressful — about as seamless as an inter-city move, all alone, could be. They packed up things I had failed to pack, organized everything, and even unrolled new rugs I had delivered to my new home and helped me decide on furniture placement. I’m very grateful for their help. Worth every penny.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I paid extra to have my tv removed from it's bracket on the wall. They dropped it! They ruined it. They offered me $35 in replacement value. What a joke!! They broke a piece off the marble stairs in my buildings foyer. They first tried to hide it but my super caught them. It's going to cost over 3K to fix. They provided a COI I had no idea you need to buy more insurance for damage they caused. Why would I? They are insured! They offered me $125!!! Crazy! Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE this company. Maybe if they lose business they will be responsible for the damage they cause! Keep your $160 for over $4500 worth of damage. It will cost me twice as much to pay for their damage then the move cost me. DO NOT USE SHLEPPERS! HORRIBLE!!!!

Very well. Movers spoke english and wore masks during the pandemic. Showed up early as I requested, were careful, friendly and fast. I tipped well because good service is really crucial during a stressful move during a pandemic! The whole process from scheduling, getting a COI to the move was as stress free as could be. Price is not budget but you get what you pay for so well worth it.

The movers were amazing, from arrival to departure. They arrived promptly (actually a few minutes early), were extremely fast and efficient, careful, communicative, and best of all, super friendly! They really seemed to care about us and our move. They went above and beyond to make sure our stuff was properly wrapped. 10/10 would recommend!

Im a repeat customer. I always tell people about them. Theyre responsive and professional. They packed up my entire apartment and unpacked and put everything away. Took all the boxes and wrapping paper away which was worth EVERY penny.

Schleppers Company was amazing. The workers arrived on time, were highly professional and extremely hardworking. They had an almost impossible job of carrying a very heavy, awkward armoire down some very narrow stairs with an extremely sharp-turning railing. However, using patience, experience and skills, they were able to get that huge piece of furniture to clear that railing. They were INCREDIBLE. We definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to call them again in the future. Thank you, Schleppers !

I’m a repeat customer and will def use Shleppers again the in the future. The communication was excellent from start to finish. Prompt response, came on time, wore masks, and assisted with two moves. The price was fair and the movers were well skilled at moving. Made my life a lot easier and I can’t thank them enough. Will def use again for long distance and short distance moves.

I’ve heard horror stories about movers but I’m glad that for me it was not the case. Shleppers arrived on time, took care of picking up and carefully wrapping items with speed and care. My move was a 2 day move do to the volume. Both days went smooth. I had an easy time from the beginning when I spoke to one of the most friendliest move consultants (Elisa F.) that walked me through how my move was going to occur to the end when all the movers thanked me for using shleppers. I would not only recommend them to all but I will be using them again.

This is the worst company with the worst customer service. I used them on a move that lasted over 4 years and recently unpacked into my final move. I lost over 70 big ticket items. I had over $35000 worth of jewelry taken by their movers and I asked for a claim to opened up by the headquarters and they completely ignored me. I feel robbed and unjustly destroyed by this low life evil company. I hate the very word and thoughts of how they handled this and treated me. The owners are cowards and didn’t do what’s right. All I asked them to do and documented by numerous police reports was to open an insurance claim. They ignored me. This company deserves to fail. I feel so disrespected that the very fact that nobody ever did the right thing. It’s a complete and utter disrespect and loss of my family heritage on some of the priceless items that were taken from us by tons of employees of your company

The move itself went smoothly. The movers that picked everything up arrived on time and finished quickly, and the movers that delivered it also arrived on time and were fast. The only issue with the move itself was that a ceramic planter I had paid to be packed and moved separately because it was large and delicate arrived completely destroyed. I had taken a picture of it, submitted a claim with the necessary documentation of the $180 I paid for it and where I bought it, and followed all the instructions. It took about a month for me to get a response, and the settlement was only for $46. Under the claim notes, they listed that they don't cover damages of items packed by the owner, but I didn't pack this item and had specifically paid extra for them to pack and transport it safely. I tried calling the claims and customer service managers repeatedly for weeks as well as email them, but they never responded. I feel cheated out of my money.

Wow, what a great team. Gavin was so great fielding my millions of questions prior to the move. Garcia was so professional throughout the official move. His team was very communicative and efficient. They handled hurdles with our building management with ease and understanding. I was so impressed with everyone throughout this process. Thank you for being so transparent throughout. I was seeking out a place that would help us pack the items, Shelppers went above and beyond. They have such an organized system. I highly recommend them!

Shleppers did an excellent job on our long distance move from NYC to Sarasota, FL. At both location movers were great, they did really good job, they protected all of our stuff really well, they were wearing masks all of the time, they were fast and efficient. Big thanks to the formens Gerard in NYC and Carlos in Florida! The sales person Shannan was great, as were long distance move coordinator Dave and others from the dispatch office( Johnatan, Latoya, Steven). Recommending Shleppers for stress free move!

I hired Shleppers to move out of my studio apartment in Manhattan and into a storage unit. My moving team came within the stated window and packed and loaded my entire apartment in under 3 hours. One of the most painless moves I've experienced and would definitely use them again in the future.
