Description of Work: I called for service after damaging what I thought was the only key to the front door. Larry was most helpful and offered to make a new key from the remnants of the old broken key. I was able to find a spare key at the last moment, but the estimate given to me seemed in line with past experience, and Larry was extremely courteous and responsive.

Description of Work: got me a free andersen lock for back door, arranged for delivery and installed it perfectly. very nice people as well.

They were able to quickly arrange an appt and were accommodating when we had to change the schedule that morning due to our scheduling conflict. They assessed the situation and actually saved us money by recommending a more economical but reliable resolution. My wife dealt with them and found them to be very professional and pleasant.
