Overall a great experience with this locksmith. I had contacted the store early in the week to hopefully get some guidance/suggestions as to what lock would work best for my situation . Sara was quick to come up with 3 possible options based on several question regarding my needs and concerns. She was clear in differentiating the options and providing the price breakdown for each. All 3 sounded reasonable but I could not make up my mind right away. She checked to make sure all were in stock and offered that the technician bring all 3 to the site to view. I had a limited time window in which to schedule an install and Sara was great in finding an opening and set up the install. On installation date, Joe the technician called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time to confirm he was on his way. On his arrival, he went over the 3 options again and didn't push one over the other which made me comfortable about my choice. He and his assistant went to work and were very careful and attentive in their approach. They didn't rush through the job making sure the lock was installed and tested properly. They explained how to use the product and had me do a couple dry runs just to make sure I was comfortable with how to operate the lock. They were sure to clean up the work site and leave it without a trace. I'm happy with my new lock and appreciate the great service throughout the process. I stopped by the store a couple days later to have extra keys made and was pleased to receive the same level of service. If you are in need of a locksmith, Larry The Locksmith is the place to go!

We wanted to replace the cylinder in the front door lock instead of just rekeying so we can change to a higher security lock. Joe took the time to go through the different options on the phone and gave me the pros and cons of each option. Came out when it was convenient and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I only wish I had more work for these guys to do.

Jamie, the gentleman who performed the service called me half an hour before the appointment to confirm. He arrived on time for the appointment accompanied by Wes. They were both very amicable and helpful. They replaced the deadbolt in a few minutes and fixed other imperfections with the door. Overall I am very satisfied and I would definitely use them again.

I called the Locksmith to come in and put a lock on my apartment front door. Over the phone the assistance Sara provided me with the prices of the locks from basic to high security. Sara also provided me with a range of prices depending on what type of lock I would select, whether the Tech had to make a hole on the door and if the door had a hole already. I was pleased with everything we discussed and made the appointment for Friday June 15th. Jamie the Tech called while on his way to my place and told me when to expect him. He got to my place on time. According to Sara I was supposed to expect them between 10-11 AM and they got to my place before 11AM. Jamie and Wesley were very professional. Jamie showed me the different locks he had, explained to me the difference between them and it was easy for me to make my desicion and selection. Once I selected the lock they both dived into the job. I observed Jamie at work as he worked and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. We tested the lock and 25-35 minutes later they were done and I had my new High Security lock installed. I am very pleased with the service, professionalism and courtesy both Techs demonstrated while at my place. Not only will I use them again, I will recommend these guys to anyone, hand down! I found Larry the Locksmith on Angie's List and it had great reviews. I called them to schedule an appointment to come to my apt that I just moved into that day. They were very professional on the phone. The gave the locksmith's name (Jamie). On the day Jamie was to arrive, he called to inform me he was running behind. He arrived with a trainee and they both introduced themselves and were very professional. I explained that I had a lock I wanted him to install for me because I tried and it was not working. Jamie discovered it the was mortise mechanism that no longer worked due to age/wear/tear. He said it would cost $200. I am renting the place and felt I shouldn't have to absorb this cost so I called the coop owner and she agreed she would pay for the replacement.Jamie and (Wes or Wesley) were great! They took the the time to explain how the mechanism worked in great detail and went above and beyond the call of duty. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely use them in the future. We called Larry the Locksmith based on good reviews on Angie's List. We were not disappointed. The phone was answered professionally and a repair person was scheduled for the same day. The repair person showed up at the scheduled time, fixed the problem quickly and professionally, and charged a very fair price. A+s all the way around on this job.

The locksmith arrived shortly after the designated appointment time. He explained the available lock and strikeplate options. We agreed on the type of lock, and he proceeded with the installation. The cutouts in the door and door jamb were made carefully, and all the debris from the installation was cleaned up. Payment was made by credit card.

Very well - prompt, professional, skilled and very courteous. Jamie was the locksmith who came - in addition - I had 2 locks in the kitchen door with 2 different keys and Jamie said he could have them on one key if I preferred - this has made it much easier.-

Jamie called in advance to let us know he was on his way, and arrived within the agreed-upon time. He changed a lock for us. I had not given enough info over the phone about the type of lock we required, so Jamie quickly analyzed the situation, described three possible options, along with prices, and proceeded to install the one we selected. He was very efficient and professional.

Knowing my co-op uses this locksmith, I looked them up on Angie's list and when I saw their high marks I figured I should use them too. THEY WERE TERRIFIC! I had a 130pm appointment, but asked if they could let me know if they could come earlier, which they did. The gentleman who came was friendly and professional and worked diligently to "get it right" when one of the locks wasn't cooperating. I will use them again!

Went well overall. He showed up on time, did his job well and ourteously and charged what I consider a fair sum (though I'm not an expert).

From the moment they answered the phone to the moment they left - they were professional, courteous, helpful and showed and amazing dedication to their work. It clearly shows that they are a family owned company. Truly a great experience.

We had a very good experience with the company. Our locksmith was Jaime - he was very friendly, arrived right on time (even calling ahead to let us know when he was on his way) and was both knowledgeable and efficient. We are very happy with our new lock, and appreciated the extra security tips that Jaime gave us about ways to ensure our apartment is secure. I would recommended this company, and Jaime, to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable locksmith.

The technician showed up on time; could not have been nicer. When he realized that he had brought a brass lock, and the building's hardware is chrome, he strongly recommended that he return later in the week with a chrome lock. In the meantime, he replaced the existing lock. The technician returned later in the week at the agreed upon time, and installed the new, chrome high security deadbolt. The telephone quote was accurate, the work was excellent.

They were very good. They were punctual and had a good price. The technicians that came out did a good job. I would use them again.

From first phone call to completed job, the installation could not have been easier. We had just purchased a home that had a slew of external doors and an internal door to an attached garage. All of the doors had different lock systems, some had multiple locks, and some had no deadbolts at all, some used the same key, others did not, etc. I called Larry the Locksmith and they assigned Jamie to help us. I described the number, and types, of doors and Jamie described our options, and the pros and cons of a variety of systems. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions thoroughly, and arranged to meet us at the house the very next day to look at the doors, make recommendations, give us an estimate, and, if necessary order products in the styles and finishes we required, if they didn't have them in stock. Apparently, if they don't have a specific item in stock, they can get it within 24 hours. When Jamie returned to do the work as scheduled, he was prompt, courteous and professional, telling us, very accurately, how long the work would take to complete. He answered questions whenever we had them, without ever losing focus or stopping his work. Also, we decided, spontaneously, that we wanted to add a different type of lock to one of the doors, Jamie, apparently, carries extra inventory with him, and had the lock we wanted in his truck, and was able to make a key to match the others, on site. When he was finished, he cleaned up every scrap of debris - with the dustpan and broom he carries with him - and let us know that if we had any questions, problems, or needed any additional work, to let him know and he would take care of it. So, Jamie was GREAT. Plus, when I called Larry the Locksmith to ask questions, or schedule, everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful, the way people used to sound when they liked their jobs.

Everyone I dealt with at Larry's were great. From the in-store person (can't remember her name offhand) to the guy who came out and performed the work. From the explanation of products available, to scheduling the work, to performing the work, everything was perfect. I can't say enough great things about Larry the Locksmith. I recommend checking out the store as well. It's a mini-hardware store with lots of things to keep your home running efficiently... from paint, tools, cleaning supplies, it's a great place to poke around. You'll leave with something for sure.

Jamie from Larry the Locksmith was professional, friendly, helpful and prompt. The work was well done without any mess. He even made new keys for our side door on site so we could get into our house while we waited a couple of days for the antique bronze-finish front doorknob and locks (had to be special-ordered) to come in.

We were very happy with this experience, and would highly recommend again.

They were great. I didn't get exactly what I requested because the workman recommended something better for the style of my door. Thus, I spent a little more, but am completely satisfied.

Joe, Larry's son, came over on schedule and was courteous and professional as he listened to my concerns and advised me of my options. He returned the next day with another locksmith and they rekeyed/installed several locks in my house.
