Not did he charge me for services that were not required. He explained the problem, discussed the work that was required, preformed the work and charged me just for the labor and did not add on "service call" rate. Very fair, very efficient.

Larry the Locksmith and Hardware were very professional but I didn't get the change to actually hire them. It was all fine. After I spoke to them on the phone and I sent some pictures of the work that I needed done, they responded then someone else in my household hired someone else to do the job. I would have hired them.

They are very dependable and have 24-hour service. They are quick, pleasurable, and they know what they are doing. It's a very high-end operation. They knew the material they were using and how to install them.

The locksmith (Jaime) was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Great experience with Larry the Locksmith. They provided an estimate with various options based on my explanation of the job and some pictures I was able to provide. I found this much more efficient than having to be home for an in-home estimate. They were able to answer my questions which allowed me to make an infirmed decision on the type of locks we wanted to install. They showed up on time and completed the work in a professional, high-quality manner. I would highly recommend them.

I called and Jason who was very helpful . He asked if they could come tomorrow. I made the appointment but asked if anything could be done today as I was leary of keeping the door unlocked all that time. He asked me to wait on the line while he checked. He explained that he could get Jacob to come to my home around lunch time today, which was perfect! Jacob called when he was leaving for my home so that I could leave work and meet him. We arrived at the same time. He was there exactly when he said. He examined the door and the 2 locks and sugested that they both be replaced with stronger locks and after I agreed, he went to work. I was impressed with the proffessionalism of his work. He kept inspecting the locks to make sure that the door jam was working with the locks and that they both worked perfectly. He had me test them from inside and out and explained their placement. He then cleaned up everything. I am truly impressed by their work ethic and how genuinely helpful they were. I found this business from Angie's List a while ago and finally got around to calling them a few of weeks ago. Sarah, who spoke with me by phone to set up the appointment was very clear about my choices and the prices, so that was a good start. Jamie did the installation. He also discussed my options with me. He did a great job with the installation. Their work comes with a three month warrantee, in case the lock needs any adjustments. I was very pleased wth the experience overall, and will definitely recommend them to my neighbors.

It was the best service I ever had. Jamie did all the work was very helpful, Went above and beyond any employee that I know. I would recommend Larry the locksmith, very high marks. AA plus.

They were professional and did an excellent job. I will use them from now on. My husband called a different locksmith during the same period and the work - installing deadbolts, similar to what I had Larry the Locksmith do, was no comparison. The other provider made a hole for the deadbolt that wasn't fully covered. Larry's work was head and shoulders above the other provider, right down to the fact they Larry's workers cleaned up after themselves. The locks now work smoothly.

They did a great job and this was the second time I’ve used them. They respond quickly and let you know if they can’t send someone immediately but make sure to get someone out as soon as possible.

Beginning with the young lady who took my first call to the end of the job I was extremely pleased. All my questions about locks and price were answered with patience. The price was exactly as quoted. Jamie called to confirm and arrived as scheduled, He was extremely polite and answered all my questions. He perform the installation in a precise, professional and timely manner. I found no fault in the work done and Jamie was very personable, I felt comfortable allowing him into my home. Jamie appeared at my home and was very nice. He looked at the lock and was able to fix it in about 30 minutes or so. He explained to me what was wrong with the lock and also gave me a few "pointers" like adding WD-40 to the lock so the key will turn smoothly and not break in the door. I would definately use them again. They were great.

They were fine, but one of his assistants took fruit from my fruit bowl. I actually asked him and he said he was very hungry, so I gave him some food to eat. However, I thought it was unprofessional although their work was very good.

As mentioned above, we were delighted with the folks from Larry the Locksmith who were efficient, capable, polite and fast. I thought the price was very good too.

I made a call to them and was given a time frame of when they would arrive. They actually called and let me know that they were on their way and they arrived to my home ahead of scheduled time (I liked that). Very knowledgeable and nice. These guys know their stuff. I would use them again and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I called the locksmith and they came within 20 minutes. Once there he quickly got to work and got the job done quick and well done. He had the right tools despite the fact that the frame inside the lock was broken and was completely locked.

My elderly mother in law was having trouble with the lock on her apartment door. My wife went into Larry the Locksmith on the recommendation of a neighbor. The woman at the shop was able to arrange for her husband Jamie and his assistant Wes to come between 4:30 and 5:30 that evening. They people are very nice and professional. Wes and Jamie arrived on time as promised (note the small window, we loved that it was not between 2:00 and 8:00 or some other wide time frame). We explained that because she is elderly she has having difficultly with the lock. Wes and Jamie fixed a broken part and lubricated the lock so that everything was working VERY smoothly and bingo my mother in law could once again easily operate the door and lock. We were very impressed by Jamie and Wes's knowledge and strong desire to make sure that we were completely satisfied. We would definitely use this locksmith again and were extremely pleased with the service overall.

He was very reasonable and honest about what needed to be done. He was prompt and courteous. I thought he was great.

One phone call, showed up within 1 business day, everything was as promised.

He was on time and got the lock replaced in about 1 hour. I was in a hurry and he was accomodating

overall it was one of the best experiences i have ever had and the fee was well worth my security and being done well and correct.

While a friend of mine was staying with me during the recovery of Hurricane Sandy, he called in a panic. My key to the apartment had broken, and he was locked out, along with my two Pomeranians. I called Larry the Locksmith. A locksmith was at my apartment within an hour. He was able to repair the lock, saving me the added expense of having to replace the lock. He explained everything, frequently checking to see if I had any questions. He was quick, friendly, thorough, and the job was done well.
