Description of Work: Firstly, the refrig is six years old and has never been serviced. AV Service forgot that I had an appt from 8 - 10 AM that day. He immediately sent over a guy. He arrived with his girlfriend and immediately started to work at 10:56 AM. He brought a long brush and cleaned the coils under the refrig, turn off/on the refrig, push the internal light switch abut 6 times. Said he was done and when I reacted with surprise, he said he could do my air conditioners since it such a short time. I said no, the AC were already done. They left at 11:08 AM.

Description of Work: Good customer service. very honest. too bad it didn't work out.

Description of Work: Robert A called me after I reported the incident.He called me on Tuesday about 12:30 p.m. I told him the problems about the refrigerator .I told him I already paid $80.00 he said $80.00 is for cleaning . He said t he refrigerator had other problems and it will cost me $180.00. he came Thursday 20,May 2013 at 8:00 a.m . this is the work he has done 1. Replace defrost thermostat 2. Cleaned Condenser Coil 3. Checked Washer -Motor Bad Cost $140.00 + 12.42 tax =Total 152.42 I paid him by check the full amount $152.42

Description of Work: Personnel was very prompt and efficient. Determined that it was the oven coil and replaced. Cost of coil was $150.00 plus the $30.00 service charge.

Description of Work: My refrigerator died early on a SUnday Morning, and within a couple of hours AV Appliance was on the scene. They told us on the telephone that there would be a $95 fee for the visit whether or not they could fix it, which we thought was fair. They arrived, checked it out/diagnosed the problem. they would have to come back the next day with the part. We couldn't miss work the next day so they promised to come in the evening! Sure enough they showed up the next evening, right on time, with the right part, and and fixed the fridge! Throughout the experience they were polite, timely and professional, and iI will use them again!

Description of Work: Repaired the dryer and stove. They did the job in April/May 2012.
