Description of Work: Professional, courteous, and gave me a tip about buying another stove (since I decided to not have him repair the old one I have). A side note: he was honest. I had already written a check for his services, but after he left, he came back and told me that there had been a mistake and that because of the Angie's List deal I had bought, that I didn't owe him anything.

Description of Work: They repaired my Northland freezer. I was given an appointment for the next day and the repairmen came with the correct replacement part. They were friendly and finished the work in a reasonable time. Repairs on this brand of appliance are usually expensive. I can't really comment on how fair the price was.
