It was a totally satisfactory experience. The company is an agent for Bekins Movers. Every element of their work was punctual, professional &polite. Moving is scary. Their professionals explained every step, estimated the cost accurately, arrived on time, packed carefully and delivered and unpacked as promised. There was one small bit of information that did not get transferred to the delivering agent, but they took care of the problem easily. I would definately use them again.

They were very good. They were on time and professional. They seemed to know what they were doing and were more detailed and answered more questions that we wanted to know. Their price was very reasonable.

The movers were so helpful when they reached my Aunt's apartment, they asked her and placed each box in it's respective room. Her motorized chair was unwrapped, set up and was tested before they left. We really appreciated how easy they made this move for her. We would definitely recommend them to anyone shipping or moving near or far away.

I did most of the box packing myself what they did was more of furniture moving. They were incredibly professional, prompt and polite. They were very nice people. I will be using their services again within the next month. There was absolutely no damage. They were very solicited people and it is one of the reasons why I am going to be a repeat customer. When they came out to give the estimate and see what needs to be moved one thing that really impressed me was the gentleman who came out was very helpful at telling me how I could save some money. He said if you are going to do the packing yourself make sure you do the lamps because we would have to charge you more for it because we would have to double box it. I was going to frankly get it done by them until he told me and that I felt it was really nice. That was really impressive and the reason why I would be a repeat customer. I think their price was excellent especially this part of the world. This is an expensive area to live.

The were prompt and got me a reasonable estimate. They were quite professional, but I didn't end up working with them because a family member offered to do the work for me.

They understand that moving is a very stressful and thankless experience. They had a good bedside manner and treated everything very gently and took care of all of my possessions. They secured and treated everything very well and were delicate in their moving. They understand that moving is a lousy experience and they were very compassionate about taking care of all of my items. The price was fair.

The two men who helped were very polite, ultimate professionals who took great care to protect, transport, and unload my furniture. They were obviously experienced, and cared about the quality of their work. This left such an impression upon the sellers of the furniture we picked up from that this other couple will use John Murphy Movers in the future. This company is first rate.

They came when they said that they were going too. They took good care of everything. They wrapped the furniture up really nice. They were professional. They loaded everything up without a problem and unloaded everything without a problem. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They told me that they recycle all of the paper they use. They were really great.

From the moment they walked through the door they were very thorough. He seemed to ask the right questions and he gave us an estimate. On the moving date they came out to our home, tagged all the furniture and helped us wrap the larger pieces. They packed and wrapped wonderfully. They had us packed and ready to go in no time. They did everything professionally. They delivered to our apartment and to our storage locker. Their price was actually lower than their quote. They had great references and I would recommend them to anyone even if they are just moving in state.
