I was having grounding issues and was told by another electrician that I needed to get a new electrical panel and quoted $4,000 to solve that problem. Josh came in, looked everything over and solved the problem for half that cost. In one day he replaced the cable from the box to the roof, replaced an outlet that burned out, and installed three new outlets. He even took my trash out for me. "Due to shoddy electrical work in our home since we've been here, a set of 3-way to 4-way to 3-way wall switches were intended to power the light in our front entry hallway. I am not an electrician or electrical engineer, but I understand the concept of this switch arrangement and have successfully replaced a similar switch arrangement elsewhere in our home without any difficulty. We knew that our issue required an expert electrician to diagnose and resolve it. On this date, Steve from Palmer Electric paid a visit to our home to try to solve the problem. After two hours of head scratching and trying different approaches, Steve finally figured out the problem and fixed our issue.
