Description of Work: Jonathan cleaned four rooms of wall to wall carpeting. He arrived on time and was professional. Some discoloration in rugs could not be helped and he explained that to me. He asked for a bucket and paper towels which perhaps he should have had on his truck.

Description of Work: Contrary to the reviews I found this company to be unprofessional and amateurish. When I responded to their e-mail with my contact info they did not contact me. I called them and was told I would be called back I in 5 minutes and was not called back. This happened on more than one occasion Individual I spoke to had the most ridiculous answers as to why he did not call back. I lost confidence in the ability of this company and do not want to use them
