They are terrific, really good and outstanding.

This is the third time I have used Jon. He was very flexible with availability, showed up exactly on time and did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time. Had me recheck 2-3 times the areas he had done to make sure we were satisfied. Will use him again- best value, effort for the price.

It went very well. Came in, he was very polite. Got to work and did in job.

He said he would bring everything with him, including all the chemicals and a brush to get the spots out. He used it on stains he noticed but when I asked him to use it, he refused. He asked for money and I mention that I already paid through Angie's List and he didn't believe me. He did not look like a professional to me. He has a cleaning machine, but he was not professional. I would not recommend him.

It went very well; Jonathan was on time and worked for approximately two hours. I think the pricing was right given the work that he had to do for us.

He was friendly and nice but when he left and the carpet dried it didn't look clean.

John was on time and very accommodating. He went over and above and even cleaned an area a rug for a nominal fee. My rugs look beautiful!

John is terrific - removed stains even Stanley Steamer couldn't!! Great job. This was the second time John was here.

Jon called soon after I ordered coupon and made an appointment. He called to confirm. Showed up on time and performed service as provided.

He arrived on time, was very professional and personable. He was sure to keep area clean as he worked and finished product was great. I will definitely call back for carpet cleaning, etc.

Everything went great. Jonathan was right on time. He quickly got down to business and completed the job in about 1 1/2 hours. I would definitely recommend S.O.S. Carpet Cleaning Service.

Excellent- Jon called when he was on his way, was within 10 minutes of the appointed time. Took extra time (probably 90 minutes total). Have used him before - won't use anyone else- Jon is prompt, efficient, courteous, and reasonably priced. Very satisfied with Jon's work.

The person raced through here in a big rush and told us not to walk on the carpet for a couple of hours. He got here at 425 and left at about 445 and that was for 3 rooms. I called them to let them know that there were still spots and things that were missed. I am trying to get this provider to come back and rectify the situation but he is not giving us a definitive response as to when or if he is going to come back out.

SOS was late arriving but did call and said he would be late. He arrived by car and said his truck was not running. When he pulled the day beds out and started to clean them, he didn't pull them all the way out and left about a foot still covered, I pulled them out completely to show him what he was missing. He said since he didn't have his truck, he didn't have all his supplies and asked for a pot to use to pour water into his machine and then asked for a roll of paper towels to clean up after himself. I had to throw the towels away since he left them behind. The mattresses still looked dirty but he said they had been cleaned and the water he threw out showed it, I had to take his word for it. He asked me to fill out a rating sheet and when I said I would do it later and send it in, he said no, he would wait for it. As I started to fill it out I noticed it was for "Healthcare Services" and told him. He went to his car and came back with a new form for the cleaning that I reluctantly filled out with him looking over my shoulder, my marks were a little higher than these which are more accurate. When I asked for a business card, he went out to the car and brought back a 3x5 card that looked more like a flyer than a business card. There was no address and no license or insurance info on the card. About 20 minutes after he left he was back saying he was still in my driveway and that his car wouldn't start, he called a friend who was on the way and wanted to come in and charge his cell phone that had "just died". I took the cell phone and plugged it in without letting him back in. He came back for the phone when his friend arrived about 10 minutes later.

Good service, prompt, job was well done, very pleasant.

Although we asked him to move some light furniture and he said he would, he did not. Some of the carpet stains did not come out. I called and asked him to come back and redo. He said he'd call in about a week, but have not heard from him.

I originally gave him a few dates as options to do the service, but I never received a response. I called him and he said he couldn't come until the afternoon, but I wanted a morning appointment. I ended up scheduling for a Saturday morning, and he didn't show up. I called him when he hadn't shown up, and he didn't know we had an appointment. I will not be using him for the service.

They made an appointment, never showed up and didn't call me.
