Technician was professional and courteous. At first I thought rugs looked good and thought stains were removed, however after the rugs dried the stains in both rooms were still there, which is really odd considering both rugs were treated with stain guard.One of the rugs is only a year old. Additionally, the once soft rugs now feel hard and uncomfortable. I am extremely unhappy!!!!!!

I really didn't expect much out of this service. My carpets and furniture were really dirty and stained. I bought the $149 deal just hoping they would look marginally better until I decided on new furniture and flooring. Jon contacted me within hours after I purchased the deal to set up an appointment and then called me the next day to tell me he had an opening and could come the next day if that worked for me. He called when he was on his way and arrived earlier than expected. He worked for about an hour and a half and my carpets and furniture look brand new. He got out one stain that Stanely Steemer was unable to get out 3 years ago. He came at 4 in the afternoon and everything was just about dry by the next morning. When I vacuumed my carpet the next day, there was barely anything in the canister and that with living with a dog whose favorite hobby is leaving his hair everywhere he goes! Very impressed. Jon was professional, friendly and courteous. He's a hard working guy do his best to build up his business. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others.

Jon worked with me regarding timing, as i had other things I had to do that day, he showed up at the promised time, was terrific when I added a couple of items to the list. Cleaned three rooms (which really needed it), hallway, stairs, and cleaned three couches (one of which my dog thinks it's hers). Results were excellent, Highly recommend.

John came on time. He was very nice and reasonably priced. He did one couch over without asking.

Jonathan and his helper arrived promptly. They did a great job and were professional, courteous and friendly. Will definitely use again.

John (owner) and his assistant Shay, showed up on time, listed to me regarding areas of concern on the rugs, and then went to work. He cleaned four rugs, plus a carpeted staircase and hallway in just about two hours. The rugs look quite good, although it did take several days for them to fully dry.

Everything went perfectly fine. I have no problems at all. The gentleman was dependable, professional and the cost was reasonable.

To get the appointment it was kind of difficult, it was always changing. They told me that they were coming at 1 instead of 4 when they were originally supposed to come - which I accomodated. They told me that they did the best they could, but it wasn't clean enough. I told them that I was not satisfied. They are pleasant people, but they didn't know what they were doing. They kept saying that the stains were old and that is why they weren't coming out, they didn't really put the effort to get them out. All they did was a steam cleaning, they didn't have any special chemicals or anything.

Ordered the carpet cleaning deal on Feb 13th and set date for Feb 25th as I am moving to FLA and needed the carpets cleaned for my new tenant before we move out and drive to FLA. Gave him two days to choose from, any times during those days. I asked twice for a phone call and never received one, however a few messages did transpire and I was able to confirm the date. He kept pushing the time back, but I was ok with that. I just needed him here one of those two days. Appointment set for Feb 25th...."after 3pm". Day of appointment, he called to push time back to 5:30pm. We were ok with that. Another phone call later, he tries to cancel, saying he's in traffic. I told him I need it done no matter what time of the evening, and to call me when he gets closer. I specifically asked.....'do you have an appointment before mine?' No, he doesn't. I say...please call me when you're closer. I never heard from him again. My wife called from HER cell phone, and spoke to him....he was texting my home phone, lol. People shouldn't assume that everyone has a cell phone, or uses it ALL THE TIME. In any event....I was watching the traffic on the tv.....usual long island traffic, but no reported accidents. I think this is a part time job for this guy. Either way, he screwed us royally, as I now need to find someone to clean these carpets in less than 24 hours. BIG FAT F. Do not use him. Thankfully, I should get a refund. I have saved the correspondence, should he post up some wacky 'rebuttal' other than...."I stink and I'm sorry"

Well. I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal: $149 for Eco-Friendly Carpet Cleaning, Deodorizing, Sanitizing, and Spot Removal.

I had purchased a deal through Angie's list for SOS to clean the carpets in 4 rooms for $109 to clean the rugs in a home we recently purchased. Two of our rooms were standard sized but the third room is very large and has 3 walk-in carpeted closets so I figured that satisfied the 4 room deal. In addition, each room featured various "pet stains" which we wanted addressed by a professional cleaner. For an additional reasonable price, I also had Jon clean an upholstered sofa, club chair and ottoman as well as the wall to wall carpeting in the finished basement (one large media room, an office, and a sitting room) and stairway going down to it. Again, there were "pet stains" on the carpeting. Jon was great to work with. I had purchased the "deal" through Angie's list in October, expecting to close on this house in late October and have the work done before we moved in. Unfortunately, things didn't work out in the time frame expected but Jon remained flexible and stayed in touch with me trying to schedule times. It finally worked out for yesterday and Jon arrived promptly with a crew of guys to help him. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they worked. For a job that would have taken me most of the weekend to complete, they finished in a matter of hours. There work was thorough and neat and reasonable when agreeing to a price for the extra work. He worked on the "pet stains" and now they are either gone or barely visible. The carpets and the furniture look and smell great and have provided us with some flexibility regarding our need to replace them.

The service went fine. He took care of the business, he did the job and it was good. It looks great when he got done. I thought the price was very reasonable. He was lot better than some of the other people I tried before I found his name. I've got a hold of him on a Saturday and he came out on a Monday. I didn't expect him to come in that quick.

They showed up on time, if not early, and were fast and courteous. Would hire them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. It was very good. We chose them because of the $99 special and Angie's List recommendation. The price was very good.

I called to have my carpets cleaned and got a quote of $95 dollars from this company.I should have known the quality wouldn't be great with such a low price.My wife was there to keep an eye on things while I was working and she told me that the carpet cleaning technician missed spots and didn't do a thorough job.She had to advise him to reclean certain areas.We would have liked to see the dirty water from the carpets but we weren't shown that.Just seemed like an unprofessional and quick job.Would not use this company again.

Service provider was pleasant and professional, and the price was reasonable. He did not do as thorough a job as I have had performed in the past by other carpet cleaners - there were spots left that I was able to get out after he left. Service provider's availability was limited to late afternoon and Saturday because he has another job. This timing may be good for some, but was not particularly convenient for me. This service availability limitation should have been disclosed as part of the Big Deal information. I also did not care for being asked to fill out an evaluation form on the spot. Particularly with carpet cleaning, I wanted to evaluate the job after the carpet had dried and during daylight hours - since he arrived at about 4pm, that wasn't possible.

Appointment was made for 11 am but they did not show up. I called them and they said they would be there at 2:30 but did not show up for that either. I call and left a message but did not receive a call back.
