Joe and his team were great. They showed up when they said they would and always do a great job keeping their work area neat and clean. Wiring the system was no easy feat as the electric panel was on the other side of the house from where the units were being installed. The day they did the install was a hot/humid day and crawling through the attic and snaking through all the nooks and crannies the power line was a project. Needless to say they didn't rush and took their time making sure all the work was done neatly and professionally. They finished the project when they said they would and showed me how to use the system properly. This past summer was much more comfortable with the units working better then expected!

Excellent communication from start made for a pleasant experience work was done in a professional and timely manner with upfront cost.What more could you ask for.

I have three simple tasks which I explain to them over the phone few days before the appointment. I was expecting the 2 hours labor means one person for two hours. But they send two people anyway. If two people working on two different tasks, that is fine. But during their visit, one plumber basically is standing there. At the end, out of three tasks, they only finish one. And they leave me with an estimate, hoping I will call them in again. Their service is ok. The job they finished is good. They didn't charge me for the part, that is a good thing. But I am disappointed how they manage the time and the task. Does it take two pumbler for one hour to fix a leak on the outdoor faucet? They can do better than that.

The work was addressed by two individuals, Sean and Scott,in a timely fashion. Required some additional time than first purchased.

They did the whole job in one day. were very neat and clean and I would recommend them .

It went very well. The plumbers came about 5 days after I called. Thhey made me their first stop and came on time. The work was done rapidly and professionally. I purchased the new valve before they came and about 40 minutes after they started they finished and I had a new drip free valve installed.

I started using Joe Sampson as a plumber about 3 years ago from a suggestion from a friend because my wife and I were tired of putting air conditioners in and out of windows and trying to find storage for them 8 months out of the year. We decided to go with a mini split system for the living room and upstairs den. A suggestion from a friend led us to Joe Sampson. I called him and we met, he explained every option. He was young, very personable and humble. We liked him right away. The price was right, I researched it, in fact it was 700.00 cheaper than his competitors because I got 3 different estimates .One of our stipulations was that the outside unit be high enough off the ground because we were one of the many Sandy victims. He ordered the units we settled on and he made a date for 2 weeks later. We love our split units and use them for heat sometimes in the winter because they are so efficient. About a year later I detected a gas smell in the upper floor and immediately called Joe and he was there within the hour. Again the drop clothes came out and his men unrolled them as they walked upstairs for the first time. I knew that Joe did not change. Well my wife and I decided to put in another mini split system on the other side of the house.( 2 heads 1 condenser) So we called Joe and he came in a couple of days not weeks to survey the job , we knew that Joe was going to be our only estimate because the estimate was immediate and the actual do date was right around the corner and fair . My wife and I are willing to pay for good work but the price has to be fair, we knew that is what Joe Sampson was about. Here is the kicker, I have a musk melon patch on that side of the house about 20ft by 20ft and these little sweet babies are my pride and joy. I had let Joe know that this patch meant a lot to me and he made sure that nothing happened to the vines, and his men were super nice and very polite and did not seem to mind carrying ladders and equipment around to avoid stepping on these young plants that are starting to take off. My wife said “you and that dammed melon patch you have to expect damage”. Joe said he would take the up most care and he and his men were true to their word. Highly recommend Joe Sampson's Plumbing and Heating! Fair prices and quality craftsmanship every time!

From the moment I came into contact with the owner of this company I knew I would be choosing them to install my boiler. All workers were professional, respectful of my home and took pride in their work. Their work was absolutely meticulous and executed efficiently.
