Prompt, courteous, and very reasonable rates. In the ten years that we have been in this house Sampson plumbing was by far the best plumbing company that we have ever used. it is nice to see a company that takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

We had several companies provide estimates for our oil to gas conversion, and couldn't be happier that we went with Joe and his team. When we told him what we wanted to do, he gave us great recommendations. The price that he quoted us was the price we paid. They handled all of the paperwork with National Grid and the town. The process took 2 days as expected, and once the guys were done, they cleaned up everything and left it like they had never been there. Everyone at the company from Jaime to the workers, to Joe himself were very friendly, and they answered all of our questions. They even submitted our rebate form the same day the installation was completed. Do yourself a favor and call Joe first!

Awesome - they brought their whole crew and finished the job without any issues. Joe has a great group of knowledgeable guys there and i would definitely recommend them. They installed the minisplit HVAC unit exactly where i wanted even though they had to manage our steep roof to run the line hides. they explained how the unit works and tips to get peak performance.

The plumber was on time and professional and cleaned up well.

It went well. The plumber ran into a little trouble but in the end he did a great job. The trouble he ran into did not reflect in thepPrice. I would definitely recommend them to someone. I would definitely use them again

Joe came out to check on loud shuddering from toilet when flushed. They had done work previously on same toilet. Problem was found to be unrelated to previous repair but they made new repair at a very nominal cost. We have used their services several times- Jamie in the office is Great and she kept us updated on arrival time. I would recommend Joe Sampson Plumbing without reservation.

Ive had this smell come and go when using the Kitchen sink and washing machine. Numerous plumbers came to my home and did nothing for me. I called Joe and he came to my home and got right to work. He was determined to get to the problem. He started by making sure that EVERYTHING in my house was protected and stayed clean! First he broke through the bathroom wall, because that is where the odor was located. After finding nothing, he continued to the bathtub area. He found a potential source of my problem. There was a hole that was filled with water that was coming from the sink and the washing machine. He was digging and digging but couldn't find the pipe. We called it a day and he came back a few days later. He had to break through my tile and concrete slab in my kitchen. Again, he was extremely cautious about keeping my home clean. He located the drain pipe that was leaking and got right to work replacing it. Before he left, he made sure that i was completely satisfied with the work he had done. I would definitely hire again. Very professional to work with.

Installation went smoothly and the closing of the wall was properly sealed and siding mounted outside without any trace of a hole.

They were on time did a great job. Had electrical work done by an electrician as their cost to run 220 line was high.

That turned out fine but he did have to come back and replace something that was defective. There was an additional charge because they had to put in two flappers. Plumbers are expensive so I don't really know. It took a couple of months before they set an appointment. Other than that, it was okay. They were on time. Professionalism was fine.

Joe personally made a second trip to finish the installation once we got the correct parts.

Went great. Called for an appointment and the plumbers showed up on time. Explained what we needed done and they proceeded to get our checklist done. While there, had some additional work added on and was given an estimate of the additional time needed. Work proceeded along and they were able to finish within the estimated time.i would highly recommend them and plan to use again

Great -set up the appointment time and the crew was prompt and courteous. Explained the areas I needed addressed. The guys got working on these items . They were so efficient that I had additional work added to the list. Gave me an estimate of time and costs and I agreed to move forward with the additional work. . Work was performed in the time estimated to. Was very pleased with them and would use them again and would highly recommend for your plumbing needs

We need a sink installed, and though there was a tiny bit of miscommunication at the outset relating to the number of people that would come. The owner explain that the company normally had a set price for sink installations. He also told us that the package on AL allowed for either two men for one hour or one man for two hours. I explained that there wouldn't be enough room for two men and it woul be a waste of manpower. it was clarified very soon after and the job was done to our complete satisfaction, professionally. I mention the initial misunderstanding to help both sides figure out how to avoid similar situations in the future. The plumber who came out to us was fantastic. Professional, competent, capable. I'd highly recommend these guys just because of this one employee!

Joe and his crew did a fantastic job. They were on time, clean and performed the job as they said they would. Joe was always on site and supervised all the work from start to finish. Now the Cafeteria has a sink with filtered water as well as a instant hot water dispenser for tea and such. All in all an excellent experience working with Sampson Plumbing, the entire crew from his wife and gal's in the office to his plumbers!

Went smoothly and perfectly. Great phone contact with plumber and office. Guys were here on time (a little early in fact). Were polite, professional and very neat. Took away old bowl and garbage. Excellent experience. We picked him out after looking at Angie List reviews and glad we did.

With years of calcium deposits, the part did not come off easily, but with a little time, everything was fixed perfectly.
