Description of Work: I had my bathtub reglazed. Something went very wrong with the first time it was done and there were sharp edges all over the tub. I had to wait almost 4 weeks till they came back because they were "so busy". The entire tub was reglazed again. I had to have them back one more time for a couple of spots. I now feel like it is safe to use. The technician was very nice, worked cleanly, and was prompt.

Description of Work: George was meticulous.. He stripped all the old paint off my Tub and re-sprayed it from Pink to white. Very friendly man and you could see he took pride in his work.

Description of Work: Had them at house a total of three times. Drips in finished product were an issue each time had to come back and remove the drip marks. Each time someone had to be home hard to schedule. The person I spoke with on the phone Scott didn't make it as easy as it should have been to reschedule on my time. Overall not good would not use again.

Description of Work: They were neat and prompt. There were some bumps in the glaze when first done. I called them and they came back and corrected the problem. I was pleased with the work.

Description of Work: Great company. The guy arrived late but made up for it. He reglazed our tub after cleaning it with some kind of acid wash. He was professional, courteous, and very good at what he does.

Description of Work: First the good points. The initial reglazing was fine, and the price was good. It comes with a warranty, which they always honor. The people I deal with are always polite & courteous, both the workers who come to the house, and the gentleman in the office. Now the bad points. My tub keeps peeling, perhaps over half a dozen times. When I call to schedule an appointment, sometimes it takes several days to schedule. Their puntuality is so-so. Sometimes they are late & sometimes they are very early (which is a problem if I'm not home). However, the bottom line is that they stand behind their work and the cost of reglazing is a fraction of replacing the tub. That is why I would recommend them, despite my problems.

Description of Work: This business has it's act together. Punctual, follow through - George came to the house and did a perfect job. He cleaned up everything and the bath looks great. Couldn't be happier. Worth the price. A great deal of work went into it.
