Some issues but owner resolved quickly.

Called and discussed my situation with Scott who was very nice and easy to talk to. We decided that my situation really needed regrouting rather than reglazing so he recommended someone that does very good work for that job. I appreciated his candor and not trying to talk me into a job that I don't need right now. I will keep him in mind for reglazing in the future if i need it. I also like the fact that this is a family business doing this for 40 years, so they know their stuff.

They refinished my yellow tub from the late 60's. Tub looks like new, very happy. Thank you.

Very Good. They were able to get me in sooner than expected. Clean nice job, took about 4 hours.

Work was completed as promised.

Bath tub showed scratches and wear, needed either to fix this one or replace. ER was recommended to me by another contractor and i called them and they responded immediately with a discussion over the phone and literature mailed to me. Was not ready to proceed at that time. They never bothered me (telephone calls, e mails, mailings) until i was ready and called them about 6 months later at which time they went over things again with me. No need for them to physically see the tub was good. Set up appt, they were polite, professional, job was excellent, sounded like it was a mess going on, but leaves everything sparkling like he (george) was never there and now i have a "new" tub. Other than being a little late for the job that day as promised, i have no complaints and would certainly recommend.

The person on the phone (Scott?) was wonderful. Even though he couldn't initially fit us in to the schedule, he gave me all kinds of information and advice on what to look for from other companies. He spent at least 20 minutes talking to me. I rearranged the schedule of updates to my home so that I could have this company come out to do the reglazing. George called 30 minutes before he came, then again 10 minutes before his arrival. He could not have been more professional. He taped everything with such detail. I have no idea what tape they use but it is sticky! It was pretty easy to remove though. The finished product is gorgeous! It looks like a brand new bathroom. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! They are one of the best service providers of any trade that has come to our house!

Technician arrived right on time and almost immediately told us that he would not be able to reglaze our fiberglass tub since it had been repainted in the past. He was concerned that the chemical stripper they use would harm the tub itself. Next day received a call from Scott who apologized for not being able to complete the job for us.

They're prompt and neat. They come when they said they were coming. Actually, I have them come next week to do a different project.

The office is very responsive coordinating time and providing contact information for the day of service. The man who did the work was quick, explained the process, quickly fixed a drip that I spotted, and made it very easy. Exactly what you want in a service provider

My wife and I moved into an older home with high hopes of redoing the bathrooms and kitchen. Unfortunately, we had to temper our dreams when we found out we were pregnant with twins. So, in order to cut some costs, we started looking into reglazing our bathroom instead of ripping it out completely. I never thought about it until my contractor brought it up as an cost efficient alternative to re-tiling. I found European Reglazing on Angie's List and I spoke with Scott and explained what I wanted to get done. Scott was real patient with me since I had never heard of the process. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable doing business with him. He even sent me a color card so I could better figure out which colors I wanted. We end up doing the following: 1. Strip and reglaze tub 2. Strip and reglaze floor tiles 3. Reglaze wall tiles European did all of this, but since my tiles were in really bad shape I had to have some pre-work done first. I had a lot of cracked tiles and bad grout, so I needed to replace tiles and regrout walls. Once that was completed, I had European come in and work their magic. They initially quoted me 3 days, but George, the technician, worked longer to get it done in 2, knowing that we were going to need time for the floor to fully dry before i could have my contractors come in to finish installing my vanity. George was on time and very professional. He took extra care to mask off all the walls and molding, and anything else that wasn't getting sprayed. And since we were doing the tub and walls a different color, he made sure that the 2 colors never crossed. The previous owner of my home had actually painted the floor tiles and the tub and George really worked hard to make sure it was completely stripped down to the original tile so the new glaze would have a nice and smooth finish to it. By the end of day 2, everything was complete and I couldn't be happier. I have a brand new bathroom at a fraction of the cost of gutting it. I would highly recommend reglazing if costs are a major concern and I would highly recommend European Reglazing.

They did a good job. They were careful and neat, came when they were supposed to.

They did a great job. They have a reasonable price. They were very prompt with the phone. They showed up when they said they would. They did the job thoroughly. We're very pleased with the result. I dropped a tool on it, and leaked it, and they came back two days later and fixed the leak. I had no problems at all, I'd be happy to use them again when we do some shower tiles. I recommended them to folks that needs tiling and they worked out relationship with them. Other people apparently like their work as well.

They were prompt with their information ,they were in and out within the specified time, the guy was friendly and he got his work done. I would definitely refer the to other people. They were here near the end of the Summer and I spent about $600.

The job was done just days after I called for an estimate. They arrived on time and finished up in a few hours. The tub looks fantastic! There was a strong odor in the house for an hour or so, but it dissipated over the next couple of hours. We opened the windows a bit an lit a few candles and that was it. We did not use the tub for about a week but could have used it sooner if necessary.

They're very good. They did the job. It's what I expected to see. They did a great job. They came in pretty fast when I called them. There wasn't a problem. They made themselves available when I had questions afterwards regarding the placement although they did do some stuff but I misplaced it. They were very nice to call me back so I was very satisfied. The price was average.

The job went very smoothly. Everything occurred as I was told it would.

After my mother nicked it with her walker, they went back and touched it up again for free!

He was great, and the tub looks beautiful. There were two tiny rough spots after the reglazing, which they said happens sometimes. I asked them about coming back to touch up those spots - I could've gotten away without this touch up, but they came back promptly to make sure the entire surface was smooth. I'm also asthmatic, and he was very accommodating in terms of controlling the fumes.

I am impressed with their color matching. They ask me what brand is my toilet and it is kohler white and they match the exact same white color. Job is done in a few hours it looks great. I hope it will last for years. I think their price is great. Only complain is the final caulking on the edge is not perfect even. He had to reach out to the edge without touch the freshly glazed tub. Even though, I want everything to be perfect.

I found the company on Angie's List. They are very well reviewed and I called to arrange for my tub to be done. We had just replaced the toilet with a white one and the yellow tub looked a bit out of place. Scott asked me what I wanted, I told him, we settled on a color of white and I told him I would like it done. He gave me a date, I took the day off from work, the technician George arrived at the agreed upon time and did the job. I am extremely pleased with the finished product and the neatness of the job that was done. There was an odor but George used a powerful exhaust fan and by evening, all the odor was at a more than acceptable level. George suggested that I not use for 72 hours and I didn't so it cured completely before I used it. It is a job that I'm extremely pleased with. I feel I got my money's worth and am still happy seven weeks later.

Reglazed my tub came out nice, they just got some paint on my floor and new wall tiles

Excellent experience. Company provided color samples beforehand to assure that color of glaze matched what we wanted. Company was accessible and responsive to our calls. George came on time and worked diligently and efficiently.

The company was wonderful. They did a great job on re-glazing my bathtub. They were courteous and polite and very professional. Also, they provided me with tips as to how I can prevent any chipping or damage to my tub in the future. I highly recommend them.
