PERFECT !!! exactly what was promised

IThis was a seamless (like my new gutters) as it gets. Mr. Siebold wanted the job and told me he could do a great job for a fair price. After call Mr. Siebold he came over and sat down with me to discuss what I needed and how much that would cost. First let me say that this man takes a lot of pride in all the awards for the work he has done. He explained every detail of what was going to be done and what he was using. He told me he would not be the cheapest but would give me the best. Well he wasn't far from the cheapest and his material and what was included far exceeded all over quotes. After signing the contract his crew started about 2 weeks later. They were done in two days. They did a complete tear off (2 layers), took off the gutters, replaced to boards on the roof, installed in shingles, installed gutters and even fixed a few siding issues and a soffit problem I had. Jay and his crew were great! They didn't cuss (like some construction guys tend to do), they didn't play loud music, they kept me informed of everything that was happening. Clean up was efficient and I couldn't be happier with the work. I would highly recommend you give them a call before deciding on any other company.

Mike and crew arrived on time and worked two full days on the project with his 5-6 man crew. An unexpected finding of rotted and water-soaked ledger boards and studs and backer board found near the chimney needed replacing and it was done at a reasonable cost.

The Big Deal did not work for the project that we needed to have done. It should have been done in the Spring. I received an email from the company informing me that we should contact Angie's List for the refund.

Everything went well. I had a little problem afterwards but they came out and took care of it right away.

I called and spoke to the owner. I told him I needed 4 exhaust vents going out through the roof. he told me that he doesn't work on homes in our area and was very professional about it. he advised me on how much I should expect to pay and have me a couple of numbers of people he thought might be able to help me as well as what exactly I should be asking them to do. he could have just said he can't do the work and just hung up, but instead, he took the extra time to help out.

Prompt response to request for estimate. Took pictures of trouble spots to show me what the problem was. Fully explained the work that would need to be done and broke down the cost for this work. Estimated time work would be done but had an opening for the time needed two days after giving me the estimate. Work completed. Contractor returned to go up on roof to take pictures of each area repaired. I am fully satisfied with this firm and would recommend to anyone needing roof work.

It's been over six months since the job was completed. The sky light looks beautiful - Velux brand sky light - top of the line. No leaks whatsoever this winter. Important to note, that the contractor only has limited hand picked crews, so he schedules the work when he can, so be realistic in terms of date of completed work. In our case he was available a week later, which was realistic. Overall, the owner Mike, is down to earth, knows his stuff, and has a wealth of roofing experience.

They are excellent and easy to work.

Mike gave me a competitive quote a couple months prior to the work being done. He was not the most expensive or the cheapest. He was honest and did all the extras that I wanted done on the roof replacement (ex. Applied extra ice-shield up the roof in a trouble area where snow builds up, removed some siding and wrapped the ice shield up the wall and replaced vent boot with new one). The work started well in the beginning of the week. They finished half the roof the first day. The next couple days it rained on and off so they could only do part of the work. The 4th day weather got better and they finished the work. The foreman (Jason) was very knowledgable and did a great job with getting his team to follow through with everything that was needed. He did all the extras like adding a splash shield on the gutters in a valley that runs over during heavy rains, removing skylight flashing carefully and re-flashing the skylights. The team cleaned up everything when they left, checking areas several times to make sure nothing was left on the lawn or bushes. Even with the rain they covered the roof and there was no leaks. I am recommending them to a neighbor who is replacing his roof next year.

The crew was punctual and courteous. All work was performed as specified. The clean up was spotless! We are very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Came to house, came back with estimate. Described in detail the work that would be done, estimate was within range (mid). Arrived with crew on time everyday and worked alongside them. Talked every day regarding the scope of the work, cleaned up everyday and then did a walk around with me at the end of job. Unfailingly polite and professional.

From start to finish, Seibold Construction-Leak Master proved to be a "top shelf" outfit. Mike Seibold gave an easily understood and comprehensive explanation of what was to be done and why. His and his crew's workmanship was exceptional. The crew, to a man, proved to be very efficient, and competant. Their attention to detail was quite evident. Crew chief, Jay, was an extremely good "second-in-command" when Mr. Seibold was not here. I brought up several problems with the roof, gutters and flashing after work had started, and they were promptly and expertly addressed. Cleanup was done throughout the day and debris was hauled away at the end of each day. The crew even checked two properties over on either side of my house for any possible debris.We can very honestly say that we have never hired a contractor for any home projectr who was this outstanding! I, obviously, would very highly recommend this company.

It went great. He was very concerned that I was getting water in the house and even though he was very busy he made time to come out and fix the problem. He even waited until it rained before he asked for payment to make sure he fixed the problem. I felt very comfortable dealing with him.

This is the second time I have used Mike and his crew. When I called him in came out within a few days to look at the job and provide an estimate. He reviewed all the work that would be done, explained materials that would be used. He explained that due to weather and scheduled jobs, mine would not be scheduled until first or second week of August. I signed the contract and paid deposit. As promised Mike called a few day ahead of the scheduled start date to check and make sure that was good for us. The day before he called and told us he and the crew would be at the house at 7:15 am and to make sure the cars were out of the driveway. The crew showed up on time and the job was completed in day and a half. His crew cleaned and swept the driveway of any debris. This was a tear off job and you would not have known since everything was left clean. There was some additional plywood needed above the estimate but Mike absorbed the cost. I would highly recommend Mike and his crew.

Mr. Seibold responded to first call quickly, came on Sunday and was very helpful in trying to fix roof leak and did not solve problem, but quickly responded to second call problem still not solved, did not respond to third call asking if we could find a better solution to caulk “Band Aid” a pity he was a nice man, at least say cannot do it !!! do not ignore.

If only all experiences with contractors were like working with Mike and crew... I called for an estimate because of the excellent ratings and comments on Angie's list, which are all well deserved based on my experience. I was impressed right away with Mike's professionalism. He presented his credentials and showed me examples of his work. He also seemed very trustworthy and I felt like he would followthrough on his promises. His price was in the same range as the others that I received but I felt more comfortable with Mike. He kept to the original estimate even when the windows turned out to be a bit more expensive. He also added some aluminum trim that he had for no extra cost. I was impressed with the crew. They got right to work and the roof was completed very quickly. I was especially happy that they cleaned up so well. It was as if they had never even been there, except of course, for the beautiful new roof. And, they even hauled away a chair that I was going to put out for the trash. I recommend them highly.

Mike phoned early in the day to say he had finished another job earlier than expected and he would like to start our home. I did indicate I would be home a bit later than the time he could be there, but I told him to go ahead and start. I wanted to be home and actually view what he was doing. He had a crew of four men each taking responsibility for glueing shingles, replacing the plywood, reshingling where necessary, removing the 4x4 and cable dish. The total time for the work was approximately 1/2 of a day. The men all worked well together, were polite and courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I am relying on Mike's expertise that the leak is fixed and assured that the vents etc. are sealed well.

We met with Mike in November, 2012. He gave us an estimate that was valid for startup work in April. He followed through with his promise and called in late March to begin work in early April. The estimate was very thorough; it listed, in detail, all the work that was to be done in the Spring. A few days before the work started, Mike provided me with the permit from the town, proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation documents all current and up-to-date. We reviewed the work to be done and an approximate time frame. He addressed all my questions (in detail). He was very patient and professional during our meetings. Overall, the work was done in a timely manner; everyday they cleaned up thoroughly and left their tools and supplies in an orderly fashion on the property. I considered the workers to be very professional and knowledgeable in their work. Mike came over on Sunday due to my concern of a high wind forecast and made sure everything was secure on the roof. They did a FABULOUS job - the roof looks GREAT! You couldn't ask for better service and reliability.

Mike was a pleasure to deal with. He set up an appointment within two days of my call. He provided a rough estimate over the phone. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and he performed the necessary work at the initial appointment. He explained all of the factors involved in the repair, and he provided me with additional information about the condition of my roof. I was very satisfied with his services. Now I just need to see whether we identified the correct source of the problem (based on whether the leak continues).

This was actually refunded, however this company came to my property and they said that the skylights looked good. He did reseal around the skylights to prevent any leakage. He also gave me an additional evaluation on my roof, which I really appreciated. As a roofer, he mentioned I had approximately 10 more years left. He was very informative. I would definitely use him in the future.

It went very well. They were timely, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, and were friendly and easy to deal with. Most importantly the roof was done well!

rip\I called Mr Seibold for an estimate and within 2 days he arrived on time with a notebook full of his credentials and photos of the work he had done along with a history of his experience. He was very professional and explained in detail what needed to be done after he got up on the roof and inspected it. He took a long time to explain everything thoroughly. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how polite he was. He even removed his shoes before entering the house! He arrived with his crew on time the day that he said he would, calling ahead of time to let me know. How very courteous and hard working young men they were! They were quiet, steady and cleaned up very thoroughly as the work progressed. They worked a day and a half and finished after all the debris was gone. I did not find a single nail or other work related materials lying around. Everything was cleared away. I still am not finding a single nail. I can't thank them enough for my new roof and their work ethic. I will recommend Seibold Construction to all my friends.
