Mike and his crew were very professional and cleaned up nicely! I had a small roof job that needed to be done, so figured I would be looking at a crappy roof for the summer, since roofing season is already beginning. Mike came out on Monday, looked at the job and also determined it to be a small job. So small that he could have his crew out here Tuesday, the VERY next day to do the work. He required no money up front and took my check as payment after the job was complete and I was satisfied! I would definitely hire him again, heaven forbid I need to, but I was very happy with his promptness and his crews work.

Mike and his crew were professional and completed the job as well as some additional work that I requested the day of without any issues.

Big winds yesterday blew off my roofing. Called 4 companies, all said they couldn't make it here for 2-4 days. I have a friend that recently had some patch work done by Mike. The rain was coming sometime today and i really needed the roof tarped. Mike called me back in less than an hour, and then scheduled his guys to come out this morning. I was impressed at his responsiveness. I dont normally write reviews but today i feel like it is warranted. The crew showed up at 8 am (were talking less about 12 hours after my initial call). Tarped my roof fast. they were very professional. This quick response has saved me much more damage that could have happened . Ill be submitting Mikes quote to the insurance company. Thanks Mike!

Mike was excellent! I was concerned that I needed an entire roof replacement and despite him being extremely busy he came out in a matter of days. He was very honest and looking out for the customer. Thankfully I didn’t require a new roof after all but some gutter repair as they were overwhelmed with water and loosened from the house. Mike and his crew came out faster than expected and came to do the repairs prior to a big winter snow and ice storm to save them from further damage. Mike is kind, courteous, efficient, honest and funny. Would highly recommend and would absolutely hire him again if ever needed.

Mike responded quickly and was able to fit in our repair within a couple of weeks. We were quite happy with both the work that his crew performed and the customer service we received.

I was in dire need of a new roof on my garage. It is late October and I was running out of decent weather and time. I had a few people look at it and either I wasnt happy with them or they wanted to wait until spring. Eventually I found Mike Seibold. I have worked in the construction industry for the last 34 years, and I like to work with people who are competent, confident and take pride in what they do. Mike is all that, so I hired him. They fit me in, despite the threat of some pretty nasty weather and completed the job in about half a day, while we were at work, school, etc... I left for work, came home, wouldnt even know they were there, except for the new roof.....giant item crossed of my to-do list. I cant recommend these guys enough.

Review for LeakMaster, A month after we moved into a house in 2016, the roof blew off. We had never experienced this before so we went to the Home Show hoping to find a roofer. We talked to Mike Seibold and found him sincere and honest. He told us he keeps the same crew all year; they are like a family. He came to the house and showed us a variety of roof possibilities and gave us addresses of some he had done. He was very accommodating and completed the new roof in record time even roofing the new sunroom to match the house so it looks like it was always part of the house. We were very happy with his work. In 2019, we put an addition on our daughter’s house and moved in with her. We had problems with the original contractor. The roof wasn’t installed correctly. It had been sloppily done, and was left unfinished. We had many leaks and rain water poured over our bay window like Niagara Falls. The water damaged some walls. We called Mike and he said the contractor had structured the roof incorrectly. Because it was leaking so badly, he repaired the roof quickly. No more leaks. Mike is easy to work with, on time, and careful about his job. He covers the shrubs and cleans up after the repair. He wants to do it right.

I would give a Seibold Construction and "A" for an Excellent job. The workers were very nice. The forman told me everthing that was going on each day and what time they would be onsite and what work they were doing each day. The roof looks great. The quality of the workmanship was top notch. They cleanup each day and when they completed the shop everthing was sweep and they put items back where they were when they started on the 1st day. I would recommend them very highly on doing any type of roofing.

I signed up with Angie's List just to leave this review for Mike and his crew. If anyone is reading this its because you, like myself, want to make sure you find that right company to handle your project. Im a handy man myself and due to recent issues I could not complete my project myself. I needed to find a company that perform the way I would if I myself were to do the job. Lots of contractors out there hire the cheapest labor money can buy and in return the homeowner suffers. Had about 9 people come out to give estimates and if someone had no idea about roofing estimates, these guys were out for blood. All sales pitches and over pricing and couldn't start the job for weeks if not months later. Mike sat with me and went over all the details, was extremely fair with pricing, not over priced but spot-on to market value. Cleared his schedule and took my job the following week. He uses ones of the best material systems out there for roofing. His crew has been with him for many years if not decades, professional, well-mannered, friendly and last but least, clean. I did not have to pick up anything. They cleaned, swept and hauled away everything. Put everything back exactly how I had it, if they were not sure, they asked me. The wife did not have to worry about any of her plants or ornaments being damaged. They had the job done in 2 days and the dogs out playing in the yard middle of day 2. House looks amazing, proof is in the details. Everything done to spec and then some. Thank you. Hope this eases your concerns as you look through different contractors out there. This one is a rare find- give em a call you wont be disappointed.

From the first point of contact until the job was complete, everything went smoothly. Mike Seibold went over the quote and our options thoroughly; answering all of our questions. He is undoubtedly an expert in his field. We ended up getting four quotes. Seibold Construction wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. But though discussion and further research, Seibold Construction was the company with which we decided to place our trust. The roof looks fantastic. You can trust Seibold Construction to do a great job for a fair price. I am glad I did.

Mike and his crew were totally professional during the entire job. They were always on time when starting the day, worked through some extremely hot conditions and were always taking pride in the job they were doing. There was not a piece of scrap left anywhere when the job was complete and they also cleaned out the gutters from any gravel that may have accumulated while shingling the house. I would definitely use them again if a need arises.

Mike was great, very detailed explanation of work to be done. Took the time to answer my questions and explain fully the job to be done. The crew, headed by Jason, was exceptional. Very polite and professional. They did a great job. Cleaned up every day, was spotless. Would highly recommend them. Feel very secure about the roof now.

They were great. Price was a little bit lower than other quotes. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Job done in two days. Other than new roof you wouldn’t know they were here. Everything was cleaned up beautifully and anything they had to move to do the job was put back exactly where it belonged. They also anchored my gutters because the siding nails would pull out every time we had bad weather. Would highly recommend them. Would use them again if the need arises.

I don't very much like contractors because most of them are good "salespeople" but not so great on delivery. However, Mike Seibold is a true professional. Right from the work estimate preparation where he actually obtained satellite data to prepare an estimate for roof replacement in my home to explaining the work involved and the process to me, and then executing the roof replacement project, it was all done in a professional and respectful manner. Mike's estimate was not the lowest, in fact it was near the top of the four or five estimates I had obtained. However, I awarded the job to Seibold Construction because of the way Mike dealt with me during the selling process. I was very pleased with the timeliness and quality or work performed. Mike was there with his crew each day of the work, and just like Mike all his crew members were also professional and respectful. They finished the work on time and cleaned up my home before leaving. I am very satisfied with the entire work and the process of getting it done. I will definitely recommend Seibold and Mike to any homeowner for their roofing and related needs.
