We had three estimates. Seibold Construction (Leak Master) gave us the most complete and professional information. Mike came to the house, evaluated our roof, and sat down with us to explain in detail his credentials, materials he uses, his methods and the warranty. He took the time to answer all of our questions and provided a list of past customers, should we want to call them. We couldn't be more pleased with the roof and his professional workers, who were respectful of our landscaping and that of our neighbors. They were amazing, cleaning up thoroughly every day. We know we have a quality roof that was installed properly by outstanding professionals. We strongly recommend Leak Master for any roofing needs.

I called Seibold Construction and left a message. I waited a few days and called back. He never returned my calls. I realize that this is a busy season for roofers, but a return call is only common courtesy. In my opinion, if you can't return a call, you're really not a dependable company to deal with.

Service was wonderful and I am very happy with the new roof. The owner was responsive and the entire crew did a great job. I cannot speak highly enough of this company.

I contacted Mike about our need for a full roof replacement. He asked me a few questions over the phone and agreed to come by to take a look and give an estimate. We scheduled an appointment to do so. A few days prior to the day of the appointment, Mike left a phone message saying that he had driven past the house and felt that it wasn't the right project for him so he was calling to cancel the appointment. He closed by saying we could call him with questions. Although I had looked forward to meeting him, I understand that not every job is the right fit for every company. I thank Mike for his professional and very prompt response! Our region seems to be notorious for its contractors that agree to make an appointment and then never show up without a cancellation call or any notice at all. Mike's professionalism was a refreshing change. I would recommend him to others.

Mike and his 4 man crew arrived at 7:30 am and completely encircled the house with a tarp and then removed 2 layers of old shingles. Mike was working right along with them. Next came the 6 foot of Winter guard that they loosened the gutters and wrapped behind. No other contractor was going to do that. Next came the Diamond Deck roofing underlayment and then the roofing shingles. Finally the roof vent at the top of the house. The next day they finished the garage even installing the Winter Guard which is not required for a detached garage. The crew of Jason, Mitch, Phil and Anthony did a top notch installation and clean up. I am so satisfied that I would hire Mike Seibold for another project without getting other bids.

The repair was done the SAME DAY (I was absolutely AMAZED by the response time) and while we had a quote (which was EXTREMELY reasonable), Mike was just so awesome to perform the service pro bono . I cannot express how incredible this experience was. HIRE THESE FOLKS FOR YOUR PROJECT/REPAIR! I am sure you will not be disappointed!

Mike and his crew did a great job. I had several estimates, all in the same range, Mike was by far the most thorough estimate and even fixed a molding missing from my chimney that no one else even noticed or bothered to point out. They worked hard, started when they said they would, finished when they said they would. Cleaned up great. I would definitely use Seibold Construction again.

It was excellent. For overall, I would definitely give them an A; probably an A-plus. For pricing, they were the same as a lot of the others that we had gotten estimates from.

Mike responded quickly, came out to the estimate, and gave me a decent price and time frame. He followed through with everything he said he would do. He and his crew did an excellent job. I would recommend him highly and use him again in a heart beat. I am very leary of contractors, but Mike has restored my faith.

Took three days, although part of that was due to the extreme temperature that week. They did a very nice job, and cleaned up very well.

Called to set up an appointment to get a flat roof replaced. He showed up on the agreed date on time but didn't have a ladder or any way to look at the roof. Got the feeling the job was either too big or he just didn't want to do it. Said someone else would come and look at it and never heard from them again. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.

This company is top-notch in every way. Bob Seibold has very reliable workers that keep you informed of any delays or problems (rotten roof, rainstorm etc.). Bob supervises the site to make sure are you to your satisfaction. The owner makes sure that all certifications (50 year warranted, wind guarantee) are sent to homeowner. He could not promise that we wouldn't find any stray nails in our grass but so far, I haven't found one!. As expected, clean-up was great. The reason I went with Seibold is that I had gotten 6 estimates for my parents roof last year. The team did an excellent job and when I wanted my roof done, I chose them again.

Mike was fantastic. He originally quoted me 2 weeks to get the repairs done. There was a storm coming in and he managed to get the job done within 2 days. Great service and price. Would definitely go back to him in the future.

Mike Seibold was awesome. I contacted him per his rating here on here on Angie's. He responded very quickly and came out almost immediately. He spoke to both my husband and I and gave us his honest opinion as to the work that was required. We asked about the electrical wires that would help prevent future ice dams? He quoted us a very fair price to have both the roof repair done and the electrical wiring installed. All work was completed in less than a week's time. Everything was done in a neat and orderly fashion.

My 94 year old mother needed her house roof reroofed. We contacted and interviewed several capable contractors with similar and AL formula ballpark estimates. The subject contractor was a middle estimate. In part, sellected the subject contractor because discussion/work included specific improvements to flashing and ventilation. They started work slightly ahead of schedule. They were polite, friendly, and tended to business. They cleaned up the work area every day. They did what they indicated they would do and did a great job on time and budget.

I called and because there was a crew working in the area, they were able to come to my house in about one hour. The were efficient and friendly. I am happy customer.

Mike Seibold was great - very accommodating and addressed the problem without needlessly inflating the cost. He was also very up front about what would definitely help and what might (or might not) work. Will definitely call him again with any roofing problems.

Right from the start, I was impressed with the honesty in discussing just what work needed to be done and what could be put off for a couple of years. We agreed that they would remove the old copper gutters and hangers and then install new gutters with leaf guards removing the worry about needing the gutters to be cleaned yearly. The crew and owner, Mike, arrived on time and were very pleasant, hardworking and efficient. They were finished quickly, cleaned up all old materials and removed them, leaving my yard as clean as when they arrived. I was very satisfied with the work that was done and the finished product looks great! I also feel that the cost of the work was definitely worth the end result. I meant to write this review at the time the work was completed but unfortunately was not able to, then intending to get back to doing it as soon as possible. As you can see it has taken me quite awhile to get back to doing this review but I felt it was important to give my honest and positive opinion on this work. I remain pleased with the work done and the type of person the owner, Mike, is and with his hardworking crew.

The work was done promptly and correctly. I was initially surprised at the cost because I misunderstood the quote which included a $100 service call charge which I thought would be applied to the hourly charge of the actual work. Mike Seibold returned the $100 when I questioned the total on the bill. He is a gentleman and I highly recommend him.

The storm was on a Thursday/Friday. I called Mike Seibold on Monday morning. He was able to fit my job into the same day, in the afternoon! They did a great job and I would recommend and do business with them again.

Mike came to bid on a roof tear off and replace along with gutters and downspouts. Early on he asked about time frame and we determined his team was not available soon enough to meet my needs. Mike still stayed and talked to me for a long time. He made several recommendations on things to ask other vendors. Mike asked if I used Andie's List to find contractors (I had - so he knew the ones I had probably contacted). Since Leak Master Roofing couldn't do the job Mike actually recommended a specific competitor. I thought Mike's willingness to assist me, even when he knew he was not getting the job, really speaks volumes about the integrity of the company. I would definitely have Leak Master Roofing on the short list for any job in the future and to recommend to neighbors. Mike's honesty and business ethics earned him that recommendation.
