Description of Work: Have been a long time customer of Seiboldt. Have have given glowing reviews in the past as they have...have being the operative word...done good work. Last few times Mike the owner has been very nonchalant about returning calls, although he eventually does. Roughly 3 weeks ago, my roof began to leak in a place it had leaked in the past and which Seiboldt attempted to fix. While it had been a least 4 years since it leaked, I was concerned and so called Mike. He usually sends someone out when I am not home so I presume the work is done. The quick fix he did cost $175.00. A few days ago it sprung a leak during a rain storm leaving a 2 ft x 3 foot stain on my bedroom ceiling...larger than it had ever been. I called on Friday morning AFTER I had someone come and plaster the area that I assumed would not leak since it had been presumably ""fixed"". When I called on last Friday morning, October 22 at roughly 10 am...certainly what would be considered business hours, I got an answering machine. I waited until the next day to call. Surprisingly Mike Seiboldt answered. He gave me a vague explanation and no definite time that he would come to deal with the problem. The entire time I talked to him I felt like I was treated like a nuisance. My husband and I have been long time customers. We Have had many contractors/repair people service our home with very little conflict. At the end of the conversation with Mike, I asked him when he would be coming to fix the problem. He hung up on me. I did not raise my voice...on the contrary I was near tears with the sight of my bedroom ceiling. In my opinion Seiboldt stole our money and was completely callous about the damage to our home. I will not be using Seiboldt construction again.

Description of Work: Mike was nice to deal with. Showed up on time for the estimate and promptly provided the estimate. He addressed all my concerns regarding a new roof installation. The job was completed in a timely manner and at a competitive price. I would rate their workmanship as excellent. The crew was very nice. I would definitely use Seibold Construction again.

Description of Work: This company and its employees did an excellent job replacing my roof. They were prompt, hard working and accommodating to my concerns. I recommend them as a roofer of choice.

Description of Work: A sky light in my kitchen was leaking when it rained and Seibold replaced it with a new quality sky light within a couple hours. They also repaired damage done during last year's terrible winter. Very professional and efficient.

Description of Work: Scheduled to come out on two successive dates, didn't call on second date, no reason as to why for no show. May well be good company; I understand burdens of scheduling and demand, but feel a bit disregarded.

Description of Work: Excellent work. The owner was very easy to work with and everything was carefully explained prior to the job commencing. This company stands behind their work. I highly recommend them and will be using them again as we have damage from the November storm.

Description of Work: Gutters lost in the November storm were replaced, but more importantly, Mike helped us to figure out how to redirect the water in the gutters. He added two new downspouts and made sure the pitch was correct. |I"m already contacting him about another job.

Description of Work: The company claimed that Angie's List posted this deal in error and refused to honor it. They also said they would refund my money. After 2 weeks with no refund, I called the company again and they said "Angie's List would have to provide the refund" Not a good experience at all.

Description of Work: There was a leak in the roof and a previous contractor didn't guarantee the work. Leakmaster came out and was understanding of my situation and fixed the roof for a reasonable fee.

Description of Work: I decided to go with another roofer and this one never got a shot at my business. But he was professional and courteous and expressed his appreciation that I did not want to waist his time because someone else was doing the job. I would definitely consider this roofer for my job in the future.

Description of Work: Mike came, gave us a price, and did the job. My job had to do with a roof leak. So far, so good. We haven't really had a driving rain yet; that will be the real test. Mike said we shouldn't pay till it rained, so we could see if his work did the job for us. We had a light rain and no leak, but I didn't feel comfortable holding back on his payment. I feel confident however that if we had a problem after a hard rain he'd be out to take care of the job. We had one slight problem (siding notcompletely in place) but he came rightaway and fixed it. Very trustworthy professional.
