Description of Work: Replaced half of my roof, the gutters and downspouts. They looked out for the roof vents and fixed them the cheapest way possible. They were great. Not only would I use them again, I wouldn't consider anyone else. They came with 7 people and finished in 3 hours. They are highly professional and really knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Roof, also many small repairs needed to be done with the roof, vents, a skylight, gutters, etc.

Description of Work: the roof over back enclosed porch was replaced and a vent was added to attic. I believe one guy did all of the work. I was not home for most of the day. It took 3 days. He was very polite. Everything was cleaned up so I would never know anyone was there. It looks nice from the ground. I can't comment on quality as I have no expertise here. My very first contact with this company was when they came within hours of my panic call when my roof was leaking due to an ice jam the previous winter. So I had them come back to assess the roof which is the original with multiple layers. It will be very expensive so not sure what the plan for it will be.

Description of Work: Victorian home with complicated roof. Tear off, remove remaining shake and replace with plywood. Replace rotten clap board on siding, install custom fiberglass valley around tourret, new flashing, replace and rebuild chimney to original, New gutters and down spouts. Super great team. Fast clean workers. We paid for upgrades to shingles and installation. Worth every penny. Super nice work.

Description of Work: This company came very highly recommended and I am essentially pleased with the work. The two owners were very professional and stood by all agreements. The thing that did surprise me (especially considering how thoughful the work crew seemed during the work days) was how messy they left my patio and back yard after the job was finished and they left (including leaving two unreported broken spotlights on the roof). When I noted this to an owner, he came over right away and began cleaning up after his work crew. To his credit, he showed the responsibility and attention to customer satisfaction that is the company reputation and the reason I hired them in the first place. I would urge anyone thinking of using this firm (and I do essentially recommend them), to get a guarantee that one of the two owners will be on site at some point during the work ... both were out of town during the week my job was done and I belileve that is the cause of my complaints.

Description of Work: I hired Peranich and Shelp to do a complete tearoff and install a new roof on my Victorian house. The company did an excellent job. The company started the work when promised and ended it on time. The team members were polite and considerate. They cleaned up every day and did a thorough cleanup job before they left. I recommend Peranich and Shelp with full confidence that it will do an excellent job.

Description of Work: I had my roof done, I have an older home and so I had the wood and roof replaced. A few months before they started my roof I noticed that my porch ceiling was starting to sag. Come to find out it was from a satalite that was once on the porch roof, the rain seeped in and rotted the wood, they gave me an estimate and seem pretty fair to me so I also had them do that before they finished the roof.

Description of Work: This was an estimate an associate company put up our gutters and recommended we try them for the roofing. The most expensive and it took several calls to get them here, several more calls for the actual estimate. The gutters were awful as well.

Description of Work: Shingles in an approx 4x4 area of my roof fell off. I called them and they came and repaired the area within 48 hours. Also asked for and received an estimate for a new roof.
