Description of Work: They did not tell me the cost beforehand for a straightforward procedure. They overcharged me by 50 percent and would not discuss it with me. After contacting their franchising company they refunded $100 and then lied by saying that they they told me the price beforehand. They showed up late with out the equipment needed and left for 45 minuets while charging me by the hour.

Description of Work: Sewer back up into the basement on a Saturday around 6:00 PM . Called Mr. Rooter right away and they were at the house in less than an hour and spent over two hours snaking until it was determined that it was a City of Binghamton main sewer line back up problem . Cam the plumber on site called the City and within another hour and a half the City PW employee arrived and was able to release the sewer line back up . I am not an easy person to please normally , however , I could not in any way be unhappy with the service provided me that night , especially from Cam who helped me deal with the ( unhappy ) City employee called in that night .

Description of Work: The service technician unclogged the main waste line. The service was performed on the same day and at the time I requested. The tech was professional. The tech. reduced my bill by 10% with an Angie's List Mr. Rooter discount coupon! :)

Description of Work: Garbage disposal was severly plugged. Drano and plunging did not help at all. Since we've had Mr. Rooter to our house before, we called them again. They worked with my busy work schedule to make it out at a time that was more convenient for me. Within 30 minutes or so, the drain was cleared and Austin even gave us some ballpark estimates on fixing other plumbing that may be an issue in the future.

+ 0 moreThey were excellent. Two gentlemen showed up and explained what they were doing and why as they went along. They were very professional in how they handled themselves were very knowledgeable about the plumbing systems in the house. After I gave them the go-ahead to create a new access panel, they diagnosed a crack in the pipe and are working on an estimate to fix the crack.
Description of Work: Our drains were backed up at all fixtures. They snaked the drain and ran a camera down it to see what was causing the problem. The diagnosed the root cause of the problem and offered to work up an estimate on the job.
