They are unreliable. They bumped me because they had other work come in.

The salesman was personable, but tend to over sell duct cleaning to us. It was you really should consider the most expensive cleaning because it would be better for your health. I guess that is really his job though. The cleaning men were excellent, let us know step by step what was going on, Chris and his partner. I did not call other businesses for estimate, maybe I could have got it done cheaper, but I was happy about the quality of work that was done. This was more expensive than I estimated, I figured on $700, but it came to $1200. It probably would be best for one to get 3 estimates and ask each what that would include?

The work performed was fine, but I thought the charge of $264 was excessive just to unclog a toilet. Also the tech put tags on my furnace and hot water heater that appear that the company had inspected or installed these appliances which they did not.

Great service. A little bit expensive. Worked with Ray and Elizabeth. Have great customer service and work was done in a timely manner.

John Roys Tech and assistant Carl, were most efficient and helpful installing our new furnace. They kept us informed and answered any questions we might have had before we even asked. We were told when to expect them and they arrived on time. It was obvious they had the expertise to do the job. We are very pleased with the service and the company We. highly recommend Auchinachie.

My experience was very satisfying. I am 83 years old and set in my ways after being in construction all my adult life. They were very professional and finished the job in a timely manner. I will call them again when needed.

Mobile home. They slit open the underskirt and insulation to get to the plumbing. They fixed it. Left everything open to the elements without informing me. Cost thousands in damages with burst pipes and damaged flooring and walls.

I'm sure they know what they are doing but I feel like I paid way too much for the work completed. They did come quickly though.

Just wanted to add to my first review beware of expressing your concerns about their service, they will simply block you from doing so, it's ok for the owner to write things it's almost as if he wants to argue on social media which is far from my objective.

Explained everything that needed to be done and even found a few others things that needed to be fixed. Arrived on time and did a very good job Very happy and now have peace of mind knowing all the issues have been corrected.

Left our home filed with soot and smoke and was offered an air cleaning service.
