The problem was fixed in less than 15 minute. I don't believe the $189 charge, on top of the cost of just showing up was reasonable. They were competent, but pricey.

They did a great job and were very receptive and responsive to additional tasking I requested.

The job was well done. Only trouble was that we never got the contract or the paid bill receipt. Also, need a review of what was done versus the original contract signed for.

The technicians that showed up were punctual and professional. They also fixed the problem right away with minimal expense. These guys showed up all the way from Binghamton! This is important because we all know that upstate ,these other companies (in Oneonta)are notorious for not calling back or calling back days later. If you want the comfort of knowing someone will help in a time of need use these guys!

They came for two reasons. First, we are on a well and wanted our kitchen cold water change back so it would run through the water softener. That was completed quickly, efficiently. Second, we asked for an estimate to remove and replace a sink. The service people were friendly, we had a discussion about possible problems and solutions. The company never contacted us with an estimate. I would at least expect notification that this is a job they would rather not do, than no communication at all. I will not do business with them again.

Took a few days for someone to get there, but then he finished the job in one day.

Promised install date of LAST Friday, Waited a few hours then called, informed stove install several weeks out. Did I ask why the hell I was not at least informed? No good answer. Even more upset with the fact I have to wait all this extra time for an install because if I try to switch to anyone else would have an even later date. I guess if they are good enough to comp me some bucks on the final install will just have to live with it.

Professional and quick to respond. They even helped get me financing so the work could be done same day.

They are very efficient . They provide quality customer service and work. I would use them again.

To take advantage of a bad situation by charging $350.. to walk in my door because it was a Saturday and the plumber had to drive 35 miles to get to my home. Then I was charged $500.00 to fix one pipe behind the toilet for a total of $850.00.

Their salesman Bob H. gave me a bid and accepted it. When I went to get the install he would not honor his quote. He is a liar and a cheat. Do not work with these people. Bait and switch artists.

Please note that their information page say that they provide ?Free Quotes? but they charged me $100 for just visit and then provided a ridiculously high quote which their own plumber could not justify. Happy to provide any receipts to anyone who is interested
