Known to be "good" but "expensive". Install was done well, pardon the pun. Pump quit right after installer left, after I made a call he came back quickly and resolved the problem. Intermittent break in an original power cable. Good job sorting out a tricky problem. Appreciated the ability to finance the job, not a fan of the potential interest rate. Glad it all came together rather quickly.

In a bind and a lot of companies are booked all around the same time; eventually got the materials together to re dig the lines and put new ones in. They did a good job; my father had told them not to worry about cleaning up the lawn so I'm on the hook for that. Outside of that it works fine, and I am happy. It is expensive, but this is New York, and labor does not come cheap.

It has been pleasant dealing with knowledgeable, competent professionals. The quality of the work very good and the technicians have been responsive to our wishes and concerns. While I am confident that we could have found somewhat cheaper alternatives, the old adage that you get what you pay for applies and we are very satisfied with the results.

We only wanted an general annual maintenance on our furnace and gas fireplace. Was told it was one price on the phone and then when the guy got to our house he told us there were other options for more money. Would have liked to have known this BEFORE hand so my husband and I could have discussed it. Also, as nice as the kid was, he forgot to turn our gas back on and we had no hot water the next day until he came back to turn it on and I had a cold shower. that was not fun!!
