I only want the one technician to work on my plumbing, since he fixes it right the first time.

We had a gas line cap put on for an old fireplace. It was 1/2 hour job and we were charged $811.00. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

I have been in my home since 1964 and my outside faucet and garage faucet never worked properly. Several plumbers have been hired in the past. Thanks to Auchinachie I now have 2 working faucets. You have no Idea how happy I am with their work😊😊😊

A little costly to clear one drain but professionally done.

Expense system but. Well worth it. Salesperson and service men were very professional and accommodating. The water system works well and no more iron smell in the house. Pleased with this company

They showed up on time. They quickly assed my problems and gave me a price to fix my several plumbing needs.

Came to clear a drain for $189, but recommended a "jetting" process which cost close to $500, a bit of a surprise.

Good job but highly priced. Initial visit is $100 before they do anything, so think carefully before hiring.

I will never use this company again. They charged me $700 to install a sink and then tried to tell me my pipes were rusted and my house could blow up. They quoted me $2k. I got the gas company to come out and the gas company said I do not need to replace the pipes at all.

They came when expected. Checked out our problem and fixed it. One company told us we needed a new water pressure tank. They checked it out and told us we didn't need a new one. Thankful for that.

Hire professional people to do heating installations

Lead workers were competent.

The service technician was knowledgeable and explained what work was needed and finished the job quickly.

They use subtle pressure. Starting at a high rate for furnace and installation, many discounts were given to bring the price down. This was my first estimate and I wanted to get three. The representative said it was only good for that day. This should have been my first clue and I should have had the nerve to say "we're through here" but I didn't. I am an elderly, single woman. Need I say more. My children were very upset to hear this. Does the furnace work? Yes. But at what cost? It's just a basic furnace. Also, the follow up appointment that was part of the contract was cancelled by the representative because he was too busy and not in my area and never rescheduled. No matter, I have a new and functioning furnace but a bad feeling and left with a "you've been had experience".
