The service person was on time and very professional and pleasant. It was determined that the boiler would need to be replaced but it took three months to get the estimate. After several calls during the summer I was given an estimate approximately three times that of my previous estimate.

Everything was done as proposed.

My furnace stopped working... I placed a call and John #979 was at my door almost immediately. He ran a diagnostic and discovered that a part put in to previously fix the furnace (by Bailey's) was rigged and not a factory part. He drove back up to the shop and picked up the replacement part. John returned promptly (again with a smile) and had the furnace up and running in a matter of minutes. He was so wonderful and efficient that I signed up for Isaac's gold seal protection plan on the spot! He called and made appointments for someone to come out and perform a Home Energy Audit and a plumbing inspection which will both be done this month. I have had plenty of repair men come in and out of this house but none as honest and kind as John. He really loves his job and it shows. I would definitely recommend calling Isaac's for all of your heating, cooling and plumbing needs! Ask for John #979!

They arrived on time first thing in the morning and finished the same day. They were professional and courteous.They removed the old furnace and cleaned everything up. Except for the new furnace you wouldn't even know they were here. After the installation they showed us how to use the thermostat. We are very happy with their work and the quality of it. We will definitely call them when we are ready to add the air conditioning upgrade to our new furnace. Can't recommend them enough! Thank you for a job well done, we are toasty warm now.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional and polite. Offered to wear booties over work shoes. He quickly found the problem and explained the issue. Then he offered some suggestions for improvements and ongoing maintenance. I took his advice on filters and upgraded to a better filter (we have pets and the new filters do a much better job of catching the pet hair and dander). He also explained the pros and cons of having our ducts cleaned. He was not pushy, but did a good job of explaining other products and services that we might use. He also explained their preventative maintenance programs.

I called in October and the soonest they could schedule me was January so call early as they are busy. They called a few days ahead of time as a courtesy reminder. On the day, the technician was on time and very courteous. He put on feet covers and I showed him my 50 year old furnace and the gas insert fireplace. He informed me about their gold protection plan and told me to think about it (i dont usually buy into these things). I went back to work and he would call me when He was done. About an hour and a half later he called me and was finishing up. He wanted to talk to me in person and offer me some options. As I drove home, I pictured an $8,000 bill for a complete furnace replacement. No. He offered me the gold plan on the furnace and answered my questions. He didn't pressure me into it at all. Since the furnace was 50 years old, it did make sense. He explained the gold plan for the fireplace. I declined. It was only 2 years old. He agreed and said I didn't really need it but that he wanted me to be aware of my options. The reason he wanted to talk to me in person is because he scratched the fireplace panel when he was cleaning it. It was small and I don't know if I even would have noticed. He was quite embarrassed by it. He offered to come back the next day to paint it. I told him he could take the panel back to his shop and paint it there and just bring it back tomorrow. He called back later in the day and it was done and ready to be reinstalled. Again he put on feet covers and replaced the panel. He told me if there was any problem with it to please call - even two months later. He wanted to be sure we were happy with it. He apologized profusely but it was no big deal to me. To me, that is the mark of good customer service... When a mistake is made, admit it, offer options to fix it, make sure I'm happy, and let me know that if I do have a problem or concern, that they will stand behind it. He also made some adjustments to the gas valve to increase the furnace efficiency. It has been running better since.
