Zach was professional and knowledgeable. Identified the problem within minutes and fixed it. I have always been very satisfied with the installation process and maintenance service performed by Isaacs.

Extremely well. Bill Bennett has been with Isaac and its predecessor for many years and knows our house and his business. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Isaac offered a special for both cleanings and tuneups for $169, and that plus tax is the price we paid.

The service desk we spoke with, to determine if someone needed to come out, was very helpful and sent someone right away. Ryan B., the technician who performed the service, was excellent. He was courteous and professional, took time to explain what the issue was to us and how he was going to fix it, went out of his way lugging barrels of water out of our house to ensure we did not have any water issues in our basement and was clear about how our service contract covered the entire expense. I've had nothing but good experiences with Isaac heating & Air Conditioning and would highly recommend to others.

The salesperson sold us a furnace too large for our house and thought that new ductwork just meant new register covers. The installers were fine - but the salesperson did not communicate accurately with the installers and misled us. The installers were on the phone with the salesperson for a couple of hours trying to straighten the mess out. At that point we cancelled the job because we felt the salesperson was dishonest. We made a payment to cover one/fourth of the cost before any installation began, the check was cashed and there was a delay in getting it back.

Tech could not replicate problem, blowers shut off after several tries, Jed was very nice, respectful, and explained things in a way I could understand! I would like him back again when they do tune up in the fall!

Bill B. Arrived on time. He listened to my description of the possible problem with my fuel oil boiler and then assessed many aspects of the boiler. He made some adjustments, checked its efficiency, and suggested some things for me to investigate in the near future, as my boiler is quite old. I was very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and communication. I will definitely be using Isaac’s again and would be confident to have Bill do any work.

The work was completed in three days with Gary and Bill overseeing the installation of new ducts. So far, we have been experiencing warmer interior temps due to the better and more even heat flow due to the improvement. The cost was reasonable for this scope of repair.

Arrived promptly after calling to check if it was a convenient time for us. Professional, explained everything he was going to do. Explained different pricing and what repairs would be upfront. Answered any questions we had and explained in detail.

Used Isaac's Electrical Services out of Rochester. Entered service request on-line and received a call within 10 minutes. After initial trouble call, contracted with them to replace our meter can and panel box due to water damage. Upgraded the service to 200 amps at the same time. All work was completed well and on-schedule. Isaac went above and beyond and repaired a minor gas leak they found at the same time. I will use them again, if needed.

This was the worst salesman that I have come across in my 50-year professional career. All that he was interested in from the time that he introduced himself was telling me that he would be the highest price. With a guy whose priority is telling that he would be the highest price, I quickly concluded that I wanted nothing to do with Isaac and did not want an estimate from Isaac. It was waste of my time to schedule time with Isaac.

First, I used their online service request form (on their company web page) and submitted my details at 5:30AM, thinking I would not hear anything and would still need to call their office during normal business hours. By 5:45AM, I was contacted by George, who is their night dispatch agent. He was extremely helpful and lined up my service for later in the morning...all of this at before 6 AM! The tech was to arrive between 11AM and 2PM. He arrived at 2PM. Brian (the Tech) called an hour before to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and got to work. He cleaned up a wiring mess, confirmed all heat zones were functional, and found that my aquastat unit was not powering the water circulator. He did not have the part on his truck but could have it quickly. He wired up my system so it would heat up water and his return was scheduled for the next day. Overall, my experience was good. The cost was much higher than I had expected, but after dealing with another service provider and trying to work on the issue myself, I needed a pro to come in and get this unit back up and running. That is what they did.

I contacted Issac to repair a gas furnace that would not light. I was contacted by a service technician once he arrived on the scene. He explained to me the issue with the furnace and cost of the new part and the service to replace it. In addition, he offered a two year protection plan which covers all costs for parts and service. The costs for the furnace repair and the protect plan seemed fair. I am now resting comfortably knowing this furnace is one hundred percent covered for two full years.

With each service, the technicians were polite, punctual, and offered information to help me maintain service to the boiler. However, neither technician were able to actually solve the problem (fully functioning heat in the whole home) and one entire zone stops functioning quickly after service. The two other problem zones will provide heat to the radiators, but not enough to actually heat the space. Despite Isaac's service warranty, I don't feel confident in having a THIRD technician attempt to solve this problem, as two have already failed. At this point, I've spent over $100 to still have a cold house and am using space heaters, which will mean even more expense, and will now need to find another provider who can (hopefully) solve my heating problem. UPDATE 2/20/15 - I was contacted immediately by Isaac Heating to discuss a possible way to resolve this matter. They let me know that they have specialized staff who they call upon for more complicated problems. I agreed to another appointment with a supervisor who performed a more intense inspection of the system (checking each thermostat in each zone to see where the issues originated, among other things) and he discovered a disconnected wire, two malfunctioning zone valves, and a few other service updates and design problems with the system! Wow. I'm going to ask for Scott by name the next time I need assistance. Third time was the definitely the charm. He was able to get heat working to each zone, properly, and provided an estimate of approx $2800 for the repair work/updates. I have not completed these yet (I'm trying to adjust my budget for this unexpected cost on a house I bought 3 months ago) but it's been a week and still working well. The pressure is dropping in the boiler again, but I assume this would be corrected by the repairs quoted. Overall: I'm happy that Isaac Heating went out of their way to contact me and send a third technician out to resolve the issue, but I am a bit disappointed that it took three attempts. But I'm not an expect, so maybe this is par for the course and I need to adjust my expectations. Knowing this, I will ask for Scott in the future as he is now familiar with my system.

They were very professional and did everything that they could to get our boiler up and running again. A seal blew out on it, and even though the technician that they sent out did not normally work on boilers, he was able to contact another technician and get it done. I was very impressed. I would recommend using them to anyone in the Rochester/Buffalo area.

Their technicians are very knowledgeable, and have great customer service skills. For all service appointments, they would explain what they were doing, why it was important, and address any questions I had. We have hired them for a 2-year service contract on our furnace, A/C unit and water heater. I would recommend them to anyone!

Issac's was on time for the appointments and work they did in our home. They were careful in the house to lay drop cloths, runners and pick up and vacuum after each days work They were friendly and good about explaining what they were doing along the way. The installation was a process that took a number of days. They coordinated details with other agencies that needed to be involved such as the Gas Company and the Code Enforcement Officer. Overall we were very pleased with their work and would be happy to recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

To discuss the problem and to review the situation, it would cost $90. They did not even consider discussing the situation - they simply wanted to send someone out and said the technician will take the fee.
