We gutted and remodeled 2 bathrooms. Al is extremely experienced and is great in guiding you through the entire process. His crew is extremely nice and it was a pleasure having them work on our home. (We have 2 dogs who need to be kept separate and I could not have asked for better people to be home with them). I would highly recommend Custom Tek for your next project. They work fast, the quality is great and they are very flexible. I even added in a backdoor installation and they took care of it with no problem. I'm already looking into having them come back for more remodeling work.

Al and his crew did great job and we were extremely pleased with the finished bathroom. It looks terrific!

They are really great. I gave 4 on customer service just because they are hard to reach (super popular and busy).

Based on other reviews I was expecting a good experience. While they did tell me they were squezing me in before Thanksgiving, they should have just been honest and said they were too busy. They did not show up more than once for a job I was told would take only three days total. After 5 days I called in a different painter to take over that part of the job and he needed to replace 80% of the tape and spackle "completed" by Al and his crew. Tile was sloppy and unprofessional. They did return to fix missing grout and crooked tiles however there are still gaps in the grout which I will have fixed by someone else.
