Thanks for the nice review! Normally we would advise our customers to replace their skylight when installing a new roof due to the fact that most of the time you try to install an old skylight, the seal fails. But thank you for your understanding and your recommendation.

Description of Work: We were so happy with Panther. Our house looks beautiful!! Panther was the only company we interviewed that offered to keep our old siding on the house, with the new siding on top. Other companies wanted to rip our house down to the studs, we were totally against this. Panther had no problem with this, and our house is now warm and cozy. You'd never know there was old siding underneath. They worked so hard, 12 hour days, and they never bothered me for anything. I would recommend them to anyone!

THEY WERE ALRIGHT BUT I HAD TO HAVE THEM COME OUT TWO TIMES AFTER THE ROOF WAS REPLACED. LONG ROOFING NAILS WERE LEFT STICKING OUT AROUND THE ATTIC AREA YOU COULD HAVE HIT YOUR HEAD ON THEM, PLUS THE ROOF STARTED LEAKING. THEY TOOK CARE OF THIS WITHIN TWO WEEKS.
Description of Work: NEEDED A COATING PUT ON MY WHOLE ROOF PLUS THEY TORE OFF PARTS OF THE OLD ROOFING AND REPLACED IT WITH NEW SHINGLES. TOOK THEM ABOUT A DAY AND A HALF TO REPLACE ALL OF MY SHINGLES.

THEY GAVE ME A PRICE THEN RAISED IT. I TOLD THEM TO ADJUST THE PRICE BUT THEY DID NOT DO IT. THE MATERIAL USED WAS INFERIOR QUALITY AND ONE WINDOW CRACKED. THEY NEVER FIXED IT.

Also, our warranty only covers any defects with the products. If a window breaks due to neglect, baseball through the window etc. It is not covered

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB WITH THE WINDOWS, IT SEEMED LIKE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE APPOINTMENT WAS EASY TO SCHEDULE AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF EXPLAINING WHAT WOULD BE DONE AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE.
