Took a little longer to finish, but well worth it! They work hand in hand with you on your personal choices. Kate was a huge help with design and choices. Had to stay on top of a few items, but they made good on all their promises and ended up coming out better than I expected! Family business that aims to please. Highly recommended

My house is over 100yrs old and the basement needed updating. They did a wonderful job. I liked their work so much that I expanded the project to other areas of the house. Greg, Tim, Pedro and his whole crew were absolutely wonderful. They were all a pleasure to deal with. The whole project was headache free unlike my experience with other contractors. I highly recommend them.

Ahead of schedule and under budget......Really! All the tradesmen were skilled professionals, courteous, and meticulously clean. The project came out so well we are afraid to use it and make a mess. We now are the proud owners of a true "House & Garden" kitchen. The bathrooms are next, and we wouldn't even consider another Contractor.

The panther siding crew finished the entire job in two days. The quality of work was very high, and I am very pleased with how it turned out. The attention to detail around the soffits and windows was appreciated. In addition to the professionalism of the crew, and the speediness to completion, the cleanup was very thorough. I would recommend to others.

We spoke with Dave because we had a mold problem in our bedroom and water damage in a few rooms. He said our roof needed to be replaced which we knew because we had 4 layers of roofing. He showed me other places in the house that had water damage due to the roof. After speaking with him and within a few days they replaced our roof. When his partner came over so we could sign the financing forms (after we replaced our roof), he said that the mold damage is from the basement. Two different stories but I'm pretty sure it was the roof causing the problems. We're very happy with the roof and the workmanship is excellent however my husband and I were at fault for not getting estimates. This was the first time we've ever been impulsive and just did the work. I am not knocking Panther at all. They do good work however next time I'll get estimates before I use another contractor.

Panther windows and siding is a well organized company who hire workers that are outstanding in what they do. I can't thank them enough for the work that they did on my house. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a good company. They are not the cheapest when it comes to price. But are more than willing to work with you and obtain financing for you if needed. The one thing that I have learned is that you get what you pay for, and after loosing over 60,000.00 dollars to my first contractor who walked off the job, I can tell you if it wasn't for Panther I would still have only half a house with no siding. I write this letter to thank you Panther Sidings and Window for the outstanding workmanship that your company and men performed when you recently installed my new roof, sky light and siding for my residence in Freeport New York. The beautiful siding (which color was selected by Ronnie) has won me so many compliments from neighbor and friends. The young man who was Nick’s nephew who installed my siding was not only a siding expert but a designer who changed the entire look of my old home to one that is now modern and contemporary. I want to especially thank Zeno for the marvelous skylight opening and paint job his men did, especially on my celling. Also thank Oscar for the roofing and don’t forget to thank Dave and Ronnie for honoring the contract. I am more than pleased and very satisfied with Panthers Siding and Windows work on my home and would highly recommend this company to any of my neighbors’ family or friends. Very well. They started on schedule. There were a couple of delays, but for valid reasons. The owner & construction supervisor were always available by phone or text. They made some good recommendations for choices about the floor tile, cabinets, etc. I would definitely recommend them & their work.

Quality is great. Functionality, professionalism and punctuality is a different story. They provided granite counter tops in the kitchen that did not have the final protective layer so any kind of liquid seeped in. When we called about it they told us to switch to distilled water. They didn't even offer to apply an and quot;at-homeand quot; layer. We ended up going to Home Depot and doing it ourselves. They did a lovely job in the bathroom. They said they would return as once everything settles by the tub/shower, they would need to re-grout. They ignored our calls. While doing the bathroom we had made selections for lighting and the mirror. They told us Home Depot didn't have the items. I called Home Depot myself and was told they had an inventory over 5 for both items. Of course, i made them go back. One day they did a no show no call. Then they just didn't show for a week.

My experience with them was very positive and I would recommend them.

He couldn't complete the job at the time because I needed my roof fixed first.

I cancelled the job with them. Their salesperson was a bit on the hyperactive side and I didn't feel comfortable going through with them for the work.

They were very good. They were prompt and their prices were good.

all work was done professionally, Only problem was delay in work due to their negotiations with my insurance company and an inability to get current information from them until I really pushed the issue. However, since everyone in this area had similar problems with their repairs, I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and write it off to the tremendous storm that we experienced.

They came on 5/10 to provide an estimate. First off, they called to say they were outside of the wrong house. We agreed the service to have the windows replaced. We have a contract signed that states that they would be completed by 5/20/13. As of today (5/22) the job has not been started. The phone number printed on the form is wrong; if not for having the flyer, we would have no way to reach them. I called today to ask what is going on. I was received by an absent-minded recceptionist who took the call and did not understand what I was asking. I found the number for the salesman (David?) and called him directly. He told me that the job normally takes three weeks, and he did our order as a "rush." This is contrary to what was said and written on the contract. When I pressed further, he told me that the windows are on order and should be installed by this coming Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. I'll update my review after they finish the job, but so far I am regretting hiring them. Job was FINALLY finished by 6/8. They took down our wood frames and replaced them with vinyl (without consulting us). I am definitely telling people NOT to use this company in the future. FYI - if the order is "custom" and "takes three weeks" to get the windows, why would you ever give an estimate of 10 days? Basic math - three weeks = 21 days, not 10.

Their service is not good. They are just getting their money and sending sub-contractors over. They just did shoddy work. I did get a gorgeous granite counter.

The work was awful and of very low standards. They had to come back and repair parts of the deck. The guy argued with me about the quality of the work and he got nasty with me and I asked him to leave my property. It was just bad carpentry all the way around. They didn't bother to measure anything and there is even a huge gap in one of the support beams.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE PANTHER CONSTRUCTION. I signed a contract at the end of the March, 2012. Work started April 9th, 2012...It is now almost July, yes three (3) months and I still do not have use of my home. I live in a 5 room house with one bathroom. I did not have use of a shower for 2 months which meant every morning I had to go to my Mother's home and use the shower. The subcontractor and Panther had no communication between each other nor me. I would come home and find major renovations done without consulting with me. The only rooms I had use of was the kitchen and bedroom. They left my home a mess everyday. They did not bring a dumpster which meant wood, garbage rugs sat on my lawn and driveway for weeks at a time. They ruined my lawn. I will call every day, text every day to no avail. My neighbors complained to me it looked like a junkyard. I fell in love with a shower door at New York Shower Door in Freeport NY. They come measure, make the door, install it. Panther had nothing to do with it yet they tried to charge me an extra $1000 for the door. Thank god I went myself and accidently found out the real cost. I purchased my tile, my cabinetry, my plumbing fixtures because after weeks of asking nothing was done. They tried to tell me the delay was because we had to wait for the tile. It took a week to get???? It gets better, in my contract it read radiant heat on the floor. They told me I couldnt have it (gee why too much labor and cost???) I have been told by a licensed plumber there was no reason I couldnt have it. Then they installed tile without putting in heat.....lol how do you have no heat in a bathroom??? I would call text every day to Panther and subcontractor asking when they are coming, men would show up their phones would ring and they would leave to go to another job. I will say the painter was wonderful. His work absolutely the best. The other work that they did when they did show up was adequate. The subcontractor tried to cut corners anyway he could, I had to watch everything. Things were not thought out it was just done and because of that I will have to suffer with what is there now. For three weeks I am waiting for a plumber to come to install heat somehow. I was told they are having a hard time getting a plumber lmfao. It gets better now they tell me they wont finish the job unless I give them more money!!!!!!!!! Would you???? Absolutely the most horrific, stressful, unfair ordeal I have ever been through. They could have build me a new house. I have pictures of everything through this ordeal. PLEASE DO NOT USE PANTHER YOU WILL BE SORRY

They gave me a quote at $45,000.00 for a job that should not have been more than $20,000.00. They said it would take three weeks. It was horrible! He kept trying to make deals and he was a fast talker.

We looked at several contractors for this job and Panther came in somewhere in the middle. We found out about them from one of their door to door campaigns leaving literature ... From the outset I will say that they seemed to try, but the whole process was plagued by poor communication. Although everyone we dealt with at the company, from the initial salesman to the job site foreman and workers and ultimately management were pleasant, we found ourselves in a struggle to have everyone get on the same page with what had to be done. The replaced roof tiles weren't a perfect color match - understandable due to the age of the original and the color lots of the tiles... Apart from the roof, everything seemed to have to be done more than once. The workers sometimes didn't come with the most basic tools they needed to do the job. We're talking hammers and pencils here! They ran out of nails halfway through the deck job and rather than get more of the same, they used different ones, some with heads and some without, some driven in below the surface and some left protruding above the planks... Some of these nails rusted and left stains on the wood days after installation. No plank spacers were used so they were unevenly placed. Some planks were split and had to be replaced, protruding nails banged in causing damage to the planks and ultimately had to be puttied, sanded and left to dry. The deck had to be painted to cover the rust stains on more than two occasions. To his credit, Ron (a manager) did try his best to make it right for us in having the crew come back several times until things were at least acceptable. Like we said, all very nice people, but if done right the first time it would have surely been better for all. We found ourselves arguing about the need to and quot;finishand quot; the deck and not leave raw edges. At the end it looks like we ended up with an old painted deck rather than a new one. When they presented the job as done, saying they had other jobs to move on to, our comment to the management was for them to come and look what was done and they tell us that they would accept this quality of work at their own home.

They did a very good job. They were clean and efficient. Any problems I had were resolved right away. So far it has been good. I would use them again.

THEY CAME OUT AT THE WRONG TIME. THEY WERE VERY FAST AT PUTTING THE NEW ROOF ON. THEY HAD A GOOD PRICE. THEY DID IT ALL IN ONE DAY THAT HOW FAST THEY WERE.
