It went very well Jeff and his assistant arrived on time They were very professional and courteous. They worked very fast and thorough. They treated my house with care and my carpets looked brand new when they finished.

Jeff and Tyler were prompt, very courteous, and a pleasure to have in the house. They did a great job getting old stains out of carpet and cleaning all carpeting. I'm going to donate or sell my "carpet steamer," and call on them in the future.

Provider arrived at the promised time, did a excellent job. Would definitely call for their services in the future.

We called them last week and made a date for today MONDAY. Tyler and Jeff arrived early... Made friends with our visiting dog, got to work immediately and stayed about two hours. The carpet looks terrific, like new and stains were removed. They gave us good information and we plan to use them again..we recommend them to anyone needing cleaning of not only carpets but draperies, upholstery or tile & grout.

Call was quickly returned. Showed up on time, even a little early. Did a quality job... Especially considering the stains from my 2 & 4 year old really made them work hard. Would highly recommend.

After the providers arrived, they examined the carpeting and informed us of it's condition before cleaning. They completed their work (and magical touches) and advised us on use and care. We are very pleased with their friendliness, professionalism and work ethic. We expect to use them again and definitely recommend them to others seeking this service. Thank you, gentlemen!

Jeff & his staff cleaned 4 bedrooms & hallway carpets. They practically look new and I hate to admit they are at least 10 years old. They where able to get stains out that I have been working on for months. So impressed from start to finish. They were slightly early, showed concern for our cat & where done in a very timely manner. Would use again in a heart beat! Thanks again guys!!

The gentlemen showed up 20 minutes early, completed job in half hour (that took two other companies two hours). The removed furniture and gave tips about how to handle dog urine. They were very respectful.

Excellent! The most professional carpet cleaning establishment I have ever had the pleasure to have had work done for. I ask this gentleman to due specific things and all was done in one fell swoop! They even left a detailed hand written note describing all the process and any concerns to contact. We even had 3 pets at home. No problem for this group! No challenge too small. If you need carpets or any cleaning.... Look no further . I recommend J&R 's without reserve!

Called Jeff to schedule appointment to clean dining room carpet before Thanksgiving and learned he had just had a cancellation and was able to fit us in that spot today. He and Tyler arrived right on time and cleaned the carpet. They were very professional and friendly. We have more carpets that need cleaning and will definitely have them do the job.

Jeff and Tyler arrived 10 min early. How unusual. They were friendly, professional and efficient. I gave them a tour of the house, they asked a few questions, made some suggestions (nothing that added to the cost) and began their work. Advised they needed to have front door open would that be a problem?...said no issue. They did tell me some of the stains may not completely come out; but they would try their hardest.....which they did, and most of the stains DID come out. Had them do 4 extra area rugs that were not included in original price but they had the time and price was fine. Overall extremely satisfied with their work. Will have them come again next year.

They did a good job. They were punctual and professional. They were on time.

Was at the house before he said he would be/ Very unusual for a business. Said there were no promises. Understood. By the time they were done you could not see the stain. Also, ran the cleaner over most of the rug which I wasn't expecting. He asked for only half of what I gave him but because they are sooo good at what they do and appreciated, I paid them what they normally get for showing up. Thank You again. This is my third time using him and will continue. If you have had the rest, call the best......,

Fantastic job. Was here 10 minutes before expected. (unusual for any business) My carpet is creamed colored and more than ready for a cleaning. Have a dog and a cat. Had another that had been sick several times on the rug plus foot traffic area that was pretty bad. The carpet looks brand new. Couldn't believe it cleaned up as it did. The last time I had it shampooed they told me they couldn't get out the stains. R & J did. The recliners also look like new. They had never been done. Jeff and Tyler were very professional and yet very friendly. Enjoyed their company. Thank you so much. Will keep you in my book.

I FELT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS OKAY BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN IMPROVED ON IN SOME WAY. THEY JUST DIDN'T REALLY CLEAN ANYTHING, THEY MADE THE CARPET WET AND THEN LEFT. I COULD HAVE DONE THAT. I WILL TRY AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE NEXT TIME.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY TAKE TIME TO DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THE FURNITURE WAS EXTREMELY STAINED AND THEY WENT OVER IT THREE TIMES TO MAKE SURE IT WAS CLEANED TO MY SATISFACTION. I HAD SOME CARPET THAT I ASKED TO HAVE THEM LOOK AT TO SEE IF IT WAS BEST TO CLEAN OR REPLACE IT. THEY WERE VERY HONEST AND SAID TO REPLACE IT. IT HAD STAINS THEY COULD NOT GET OUT.
