It was a pleasure from start to finish. I was contacted almost immediately and given a very reasonable quote. The cleaner came on time, was polite and respectful, and very effective. I requested that anyone coming wear a mask the whole time in my house and that was not a problem at all. I was told that all of the people wear masks in their clients' homes and was told what cleaning they do on their equipment. I was very, very happy and would gladly use them again.

Very professional. The system broke the day of service but rescheduled quickly and insisted on a discount for inconvenience -- without us asking and frankly over our objections. Did a fantastic job and would highly recommend.

They did a terrific job. My carpets have never looked as good as they do now. I had an issue with odor in one room caused by a sick dog, and a germicide was used to eliminate it. Everything they did was explained to me before it was done and extra time was spent on a couple of stubborn stains. They arrived early for the appointment, after having called me to find out if it would be OK. They were polite and easy to be around, which is important to me when having strangers doing work in my home. I will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them. As an aside, they give a discount to senior citizens so don't forget to ask for it if you qualify.

Tyler was early, very efficient and extremely polite. He and his partner are very professional young men. They have first rate equipment and small extras like foam blocks to put under the furniture legs, blankets to cover the hardwood floors and door corner guards to protect the woodwork from their hoses. They explained what they were doing and why, demonstrating their knowledge and abilities. Their team work is great, not wasting a minute and yet still talking with me while they were working. They were very friendly but did not linger or take more of my time than was needed to satisfy me. It took about 1.5 hours total. They moved any furniture that I didn't (other than the bed and dressers in the master bedroom which we discussed in advance) even a large sofa which was unexpected and very nice. I did move most all of the furniture out of the other rooms myself before they came. I was concerned about how long it would take for the carpets to dry especially on such a hot humid day. They assured me all would be fine. I have A/C and turned on the ceiling fans in every room. By morning they were completely dry. The work was top notch, my carpets look brand new again even though they are 6 - 10 years old. I was very comfortable with them in my home and they were very respectful of my belongings. I am extremely pleased with their work, would definitely hire them again and will recommend them to my friends.

The staff from J&R Carpet Cleaning were very accommodating to set up an appointment shortly after interior painting had been completed and before all the furniture was placed back into the room involved. They called ahead to ask if they could come earlier than originally planned when they had an opening, and arrived promptly. They were very professional in their approach, and had the proper equipment to protect newly painted walls. The carpet and upholstery were done efficiently and well. Would recommend this service and will use them again as needed.

Excellent! Carpets have never been more thoroughly cleaned since they were new. They look great and are even more springy to walk on. J was prompt in responding, on time and very nice. He provided information about the carpets and even took the time to run the cleaner over a hallway rug. I would hire them again, absolutely. We are very pleased! We have had several carpet cleaners over the years but J & R is clearly the best

EXCELLENT! I was able to schedule in on the day / time that worked best for me. The man was VERY knowledgeable about carpets, explaining what to expect (for results) before he started. He arrived promptly and worked quickly, but thoroughly. I've had lots of carpet cleaners over the years, and I would rate him as one of the BEST that I've ever had. VERY pleased with the service and would highly recommend him and will use the service again. Carpets look GREAT!

This service provider answered my call on the first try and was very helpful. I called him because I was satisfied with previous rug and upholstery cleaning that he did. This time he was honest enough to tell me that he used a cleaning process that would not give the best result for cleaning the fringe on my oriental rugs. He referred me to another provider for specialized service. I would use this provider again for other rug and upholstery cleaning.

While making the appointment he was patient while I paced off the room sizes. They were punctual, respectful and thorough.The quote given was what I paid. I'm so pleased with the job they did I'm having them come back and do the rest of my home!

They are able to remove stains and odors. They are clean and tidy and never leave poodled water. My house is now fresh and clean after a six week "dog" visit. Tyler and Jeff are professional yet friendly. I have referred them many times to others.

Normally when we have only the carpets cleaned it is about $100. Some of the little areas close to walls I would have liked cleaned a little better.

Jeff and Tyler made my old berber carpet look new again, and brightened up our new shag carpeting, too. We thought we'd have to replace our basement berber carpeting soon because of the wear marks, but they cleaned it beautifully and probably just bought us some extra time. Our services were bundled to save some $$, and we will definitely use them again!

Arrived early, I wasn't even home yet but they were very courteous on the phone and when I got there. They went right to work and didn't flinch when I told them it had been cleaned only once in over a decade. There was a variety of stains everywhere. That previous cleaner had barely made a difference so I wasn't very hopeful. J & R, however, worked a miracle! The difference was so stunning I sent pictures to my older kids (the ones who had done all the staining and wear and tear) and they were amazed. Wish I had hired them years ago!

I have employed this company for many years and, as always, they did a beautiful job. The curtains are old, lacy sheer ones, and they look wonderful now: very bright and lovely. And the rugs no longer have any stains.
