Description of Work: branches removed from a weeping willow tree that were leaning over my storage shed and some had fallen through the shed roof. They also cleaned up the branches that were laying around the base of the tree.

Description of Work: Took down two trees and cleaned up debris. Coming back to grind down stumps. They were at the house at 9 and gone by 11:45 with all limbs, trunks and branches taken with them. They were a jovial group and laughed a lot while working which we like to see. Teamwork is essential in this type of service and the group worked well together. The only issue we had is communication from the office or owner. We had to call several times to get estimates done and a fixed time of service. Other than that minor issue we would recommend the business to anyone.

Description of Work: Called and left my information with an employee for an estimate and no one ever responded by phone or in person, which they said they would do to make an estimate and never heard any more so after waiting one week I called another tree service and accepted their contract. I will not play phone tag or beg someone to do work for me. There are too many services out there that want the work.

Description of Work: Called the company twice for an estimate. In both cases, I was assured someone would come to my home. In neither case did anyone show up. In the second instant, I was told to expect a phone call at my office, at which time, I would meet the estimator at my home to discuss the potential job. No phone call. No followup. Extremely unprofessional!

 + -1 moreThey showed up the same day I called, and were extremely professional. They carefully removed the tree without incident and completely cleaned the area when the tree was down. The price was very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and was exactly what was quoted. I will absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: They removed a 50 foot tall pine tree that was located extremely close to my house and interfered with the electrical service wires supplying the house.

 + -1 moreOverall, I would say it was a good experience. We did ask them to grind down the stumps as close to the ground as possible. It didn't end up being grinded down very close to the ground so they came back to grind them down more. I don't really have anything to compare the price too, but I do think it was a little expensive. I would use them again in the future if needed.

 + -1 moreTimber Tree brought a pretty good size crew with them to do this job. After getting quotes from various companies they were the least expensive. His crew work very hard and professionally. The cleanup afterward was done very well. I think they are the company to call for tree service.
Description of Work: Timber Tree cut a large dead maple tree down and ground the stump in about 3-4 hours. They disposed of the debris.
