Description of Work: Rick arrived 20 minutes early. Treated surfaces of double car garage, single car garage, two decks and our two story house. |We've used this company for several years. Wasps and hornets are never a problem all season long. We've seen no adverse affects on wildlife and plants.

Description of Work: We had some yellowjackets that sounded like a chainsaw in our dormer attic. ABC Pest came and eliminated our problem in a professional, timely, and careful manner. The gentleman answered our questions clearly and offered some helpful suggestions. He also gave us documentation of the chemicals used. The whole procedure only took about 15-20 minutes. The yellowjackets were successfully eliminated. I would make one suggestion to anyone with a problem similar to our own. Make sure you have a way to replace the portion of the ceiling affected as the combination of the nest itself and the chemicals used to kill the insects makes for a very soggy patch in the ceiling! I would definitely use this company's services again!

 + -1 moreUgh! I hate mice! Even when they're in the garage or basement, I can't take it. I had remembered a Post Standard article on this problem, looked it up and saw that ABC was the company they interviewed. I figured that would be a good place to start. Although I hate the subject, Rick was very helpful and professional. He also gives a 6 month warranty, so if "they" come back, so does he. I would use him again (but I hope I don't have to).
Description of Work: He baited for mice and looked for areas of entry and plugged what he could find.

 + -1 moreWonderful. Mr. Ciotti is a class act. Although he didn't find any wasps, he went out of his way to help us TWICE and with no charge, which would have been $110. We would not hesitate to call ABC Pest Management should we ever need his services, and would highly recommend them. Thank you.
Description of Work: I called Mr. Ciotti because of a ground nest of yellowjackets. He came over about a week ago, and saw nothing, probably because it has recently turned cold and they've died off. He said he would come back and check again, which he did yesterday. Even though he travelled to our house twice, and gave us good information, he did not charge us!

 + -1 moreI had used them a couple of years ago. I called them again at the end of summer because I had some wasps. He told me that he cannot see any. He was very nice. He told to look out for more. The next day I did not see any and I have them since. I told them I will call them in the spring. I was very happy with them. He was professional. He was on time. Though he did not charge me anything he did look around to look for wasp or where they were getting in. I was pleased. I will call them again. I will use them in the future.
