ABC called to make an appointment, arrived on time, and performed the necessary tasks to solve the problem.

Very well. Took care of original problem and then an anthill in the yard as well. It's been a number of years ago now....

A few bees were still hanging around. Came back and took care of them for good.

We scheduled a day and time; Rick showed up a few minutes early; however he could not perform the spraying as I could find my cats to shut away for a couple hours. He said he would come back the next day, if possible, which he was able and did the spraying. The ants returned about 3 weeks later in our downstairs bathroom, and Rick returned the same day I called him to respray that area at no charge.

He did all he said he would do. When I had a recurrence of the ants, he stood by his guarantee and came back to take care of it with no additional cost. He was prompt and efficient.

They are great, quick and professional. They show up when they say they will and in my case had to reschedule because the rain would have negatively impacted the treatment. Annual rescheduling is done by e-mail and is a breeze!

Mr Ciotti was professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions. He left detailed information about the products he used.

ABC Pest Management was fantastic. I called and left a message for Rick and had a return call within 5 minutes and an appt. for the next day! He was able to understand the issue over the phone and quote me right there so there were no surprises. He came our personally and did the work quickly. Within hours the bees were already just about gone, and now 24 hours later, they seem to have all been taken care of. Rick was wonderful and told me that if they weren't gone by the weekend that he would come back next week and do it again. There is a 6 month guarantee on the extermination and that is a good feeling! I hope to never have a bug problem again, but if I do, I know who to call!!

They were excellent. This guy came out right the next morning when I needed him. We never saw them again. Whatever he did, in the hole and on the grass, got rid of those things. He was a better price than other places. He was more competitive. If I have to, I would call him right away.

ABC Pest Management was prompt and responsive when contacted. Rick Ciotti was thorough and answered our questions as to what he was doing and the materials he was using. He was in and out in the blink of an eye and we have not seen any evidence of mice since.

I am not sure if it was the owner that did the inspection and placed the traps, however, the man my mom said was neat, clean and very nice. She would call him again for any other issues. Since she lives in the country and has had mice issues and insect issues for years she may call them for other services. She would recommend this company for all needs pertaining to this type of service.

The service was excellent with the owner providing details of what he was doing every step of the way, including that there is no risk to us or our cats from the treament. He was clean, professional, courteous, arrived on time, and worked quickly. No more mice, much to our cats disappointment!

I didn't have any spiders, so I assumed that they did a good job. They were very knowledgeable.

Things went very smoothly. Even when Rick realized that the Angie's Certificate had omitted that the deal was for a certain mile radius from Baldwinsville (where the business is located), he was very professional, saying that was an issue between him and Anglie's List, and not me. He simply charged me the regular rate, with no complaints to me about having come a long way to get to my house in Pompey. He clearly explained the guarantee and what I could expect as the bait started to take effect. If there are any signs of mice within 6 months (after an initial 21 days) he will return free of charge to redo the treatment. I was very impressed and will hire him again, as well as recommend him to others.

Very prompt to return phone call and provide service. $25. charge for 2nd hive was not on web page so he did not charge me. Work was guaranteed but haven't seen bees back in about 2 weeks.

This started by having the Rick come to kill three nests of bees in my yard. Two were in the ground and one was in my chimney. I called him up and he showed up the next day and took care of them all! That night I had another occurrence of huge bees attacking the back of my house late at night. I called Rick again. Because they came out at night he wanted to see pictures to determine what they were. We were able to kill some of them and sent him pictures. He identified what they were and came to my house the next day and again took care of them. All in all I was pleased with this service. I even had him add me to the list for bee prevention in the spring. I would recommend this service to my friends.

He does a good job for me and I call him every year. If you see pests after the intial treatment, they will come back to spray again.

They were very nice , showed up on time. They were very Knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me that they used. We would use them again.

If any try to nest months later, ABC is quick to exterminate.
